It's a problem because people are so afraid to actually come out in certain parts of the U.S. because of the huge amount of homophobia a blatant State sanctioned inequality against Queer people.

So what do people do? Live a lie and because of desperation go to a public restroom to get their rocks off anonymously. Society creates it's own problems. Personally I've never been solicited for sex in a public restroom or heard of it. But then again I live in a much more open society.

Ok, just because someone goes into a bathroom looking for sex, that does NOT make them a pedophile. I am straight myself, but the gay people I know have age limits.
