1st .keep talking about them and how if you buy a silent weel it would not keep you up.

2nd.keep goin on the computer on ''about a hamster'' so you can learn how do care 4 it.

3rd.you could even suggest that you pay for he or she because dwaf hamster are a reasonble price

4th well another way is to say''well would you rather me getting a dog which would grow and take up my energy?'' that work's sometimes bye! xxx
