In our case it is the Court System is corrupt--My son is Sarg. Franklin Jeffries and his daughter has a step father that is a Lawyer in the Knoxville Court System. We have been fighting for 13 years--my Granddaughter is 14 now. Mother worked in Court System too!! I have paid over 100,000.00 to their having a pro bono Lawyer--which is the good ole buddie system. My son vented at home on a video and the Lawyer somehow got hold of it and took it to his good ole drinking partner Judge .

CPS took my baby out of the hospital because my landlord (who worked with CPS) told them there were "concerns about my parenting abilities" because I was young. I was 22!!! She was mad because I didn't become her new best friend after she did me a favor by letting me rent an apartment. Whatever SUSAN MOORE of New Castle PA! You freaks at CYS are CRAZY!!!!! I do hope you can get a monetary settlement-although it will not make up for what happened-its the only language the government understands! As soon as we won in appellate court (and understand at no time were we EVER charged or arrested for ANYTHING) CSB tried to settle-however to date we have heard and received NOTHING. We wanted our kids to get enough to go to college-we lost jobs/homes/health over this. And never an apology for what my kids went through-its wrong.

we had a lawsuit but once we won custody back we immediately moved-we had changed counties and they tried to start BACK up in the new county-we left the state altogether-now we hear nothing-it has been 6 years and my sons are grown now-and we are close-so keep the faith. Our case was published-laws have been revised-its a very well known case-just sad it happened-my older son will never have kids because of this. medical records prevent my younger son from being able to go into coast guard.

Sadly we know all too well what can happen with false allegations-we reported my son's school teacher for not protecting our son-we lost our two sons and had a 12 year legal battle to get them back from Ohio-they were beaten and sodomized in foster care-we did get custody back-but it took a YEAR from when we won custody to see them-and longer for them to be returned-we went about 5 yrs without seeing them-they were separated from each other. We have healed-but scars still remain.

In Ca. 2007 foster care had 85000 children 80,000 parents did not get a trial .2008-09 federal funding $4.179 billion plus1.14 billion from S.S block grants only 5% wents to help families 95% of the money went to destroy families. Severel years ago the same thing happened to my mother. my sister had an allergic reaction to something (?) and it looked like pink bruises all over her. someone reported it as child abuse, and the CPS worker who worked with my mom was much like Nipper. She is also no longer working for CPs.

I would just like to comment and let you know that I know both of your sons for a short time. They rode my school bus with me. I also knew the foster family with they stayed with at the time. I'm not sure how many foster homes they stayed in, or if the one referenced in the video is the one I know of. But over the years I have known many other foster children stay and LEAVE that house, with many many complaints.

Then we find out they didn't even have a warrant to arrest me . 3 months later, when they heard we were going to bring it up in court, suddendly an arrest warrant magically appeared but you can tell it was done after the fact.

Our 16 year old son at the time left the house late at night after we had all gone to bed. He was found by the police in the town square trying to open doors to businesses. He told them that we "kicked" him out. They tried to get us for Neglect and abandonment. Our son recanted and told the truth 4 mths later. Our children still weren't returned until 4 mths after that on our son's 17th birthday.

Yes, we were actually arrested and taken about 20 miles away to be processed in the NRV Jail. My husbands customer was gracious enough to bail us out and take us home. We spent 12 hrs. in there with me in my pajamas. What disgusted me the most was the snear on the Social Workers (Sherri Nipper) face as she stood in our house smirking at us We came home to a new mess the social workers and police made.

Were you convicted criminal court if not title 42 1983 -base it on the fourteen amend. after exhausting all state remedy you can take them to federal with a summary judgment and injunction order. you will never get justice but you can get your children back

Actually, no. They had spent years in the public school system and a few months before they were stolen from us they were enrolled in a small private school. They loved it. The child teacher ratio benefited them immensely and they made friends that weren't part of any clique.
