  • Nice ASS cockpit with some 1980 nissan sentra seat Lmao gotta love it

  • with this cockpit you can simulate the a318, a319, a320, and a321! I would love to have something like that

  • crazy man...i would have saved this money for my licences :/ unless something unfortunate prevented you from getting those. eitherway it would be cool to have one lol

  • you need a co-pilot lol

  • Terrific job on this!! I am jealous!

  • forever alone.....

  • Does this come with some kind of manual to how to build to thing?

  • 15K Euro!!! that crazy if you love flying that much why you dont be a real pilot , OK I paid alot for FSX PC costs me around 3K but the only reason I did it because I want to be a real pilot and FSX will give me a backround about whats happening up there BTW I hope you enjoy your flying and what you did was creative and nice .

  • Gonna be an expensive refit when you go to a 380.

  • You're obviously very well connected lol. Great video!

  • Awesome!! Where do you get all that equipment??

  • your facial expressions are funny whenever you press buttons :))

  • So many IDE connections... D:

  • dad!!!!!!!!!!

  • Dear santas finance person...

  • Which Simulating Engine did you use?

  • Why did you fire up the APU? Ordinarily you only do that if you're anticipating having to shut down all engines, no?

  • @LaKravenStudios

prior engine start, for bleed air, that should be right, isn't it?

  • @airbusjoerg Ah okay... prior to engine start... didn't realize (thought you had at least one engine already running).

In that case, yes... makes sense!

  • i want a home simulator to!!

  • Did you build the parts yourself or you bought them ready to be installed??

  • I know this may well be a very daft question but who do the manufacturs of planes make the instruments and equiptment in front of the pilots so high. You can't see over it. Isn't it offputting to be unable to see out of the window in front of you. And wouldn't it make flying easier if you could see where you are going?

  • @CelticReject

Very nice forward view. Your line of sight goes straight above the autopilot panel (glareshield), you are even able to see something of the ground in front of the aircraft. To see the instruments, you have to lower your head a little bit. The impression you had from the video is wrong, due to the camera position (it is wrong in every cockpit video I know, the impression is always that the panels are in front of the face of the pilot, I know this).

  • @airbusjoerg Many thanks for your clear and interesting answer. Keep well. cr

  • haha thats awesome

  • all you need now is a kick ass computer so that it will look really realistic

  • Did you give yourself your own type rating ? :p

  • que bonito te lo has montado el A320. tu lo compras por partes y cuanto te cuesta?

  • First I was about to ask if you do open-visit-days but then when you showed up and I discovered you look almost exactly like me without glasses then this video became a very weird experience. xD Cool setup, thumbs up.

  • Can you tell me what was the total price?

  • you forgot the seat belts, man!!!!!

  • multicolor bacon :L

  • How much did this cost to make????Great simulator!!!

  • It's sad, people do this everyday and get paid for it and get to see the world, this nerd gets to sit in his living room for hours.

  • ifi was a rich man, id buy the $18m simulator that airlines use haha, if i was...uhhh money money money...

    sweet video and cockpit sir.

  • o.m.g!! that's pretty cool!! where did you buy all instruments from the a320's cockpit??

  • I work on the A-320 and well you just about nailed it!! Congrats!!

  • CAN YOU ADOPT ME ??????

  • This is so stupid but still extremely awesome at the same time.

  • but how will it cost?

  • FUCKING EPIC

  • Question: Where the hell do u get all that stuff?? ebay? Nice video btw

  • AMAZING. Nice to see a change from the all the 737NG cockpits...

  • Sweeeeeeeeeeet!!!

  • wow you must be loaded

  • What simulator are you using FSX or something else

  • looks great but what happens when you dont wanna fly the A320?

  • I wonder how much does this cost?

  • what software are you running the sim on?

  • OMG, Pink Backlighting!!!! I want, I want, I want :P

  • i built my own motion cockpit for F1. But your video is great.

  • OMG That's cool :[_____]

  • where to get all those parts? like the realistic overhead in the beginning...

  • wow my mouth was just :[___] so amazing

  • Very VERY nice job my man... Way to go!! (Even though it's the wrong manufacturer) Hehehe...

  • where is the 2 fmc ?

  • totally jealous right now

  • This is sooo cool! Oh my god. I would die to have this at home! =) Awsome!

  • @FsxCaptainLukas If u die then u cant fly it

  • @tsnoop19 Just an expression mate!

  • can you help me to build for myself a home simulator , please?

  • how much did it cost you all flight instruments

  • where have you bought the coponents?

  • you are so lucky to have that.

  • how do you built this cockpit? Tell me the site where do you buy the components.

  • your power bill must be jacked

  • autositze ;)

  • Where you get the Board Instruments?

  • @Cedrik0811

the instruments at the main instruments panel are 3 TFT-screens mounted behind the 6 windows. Every single TFT (19" wide) feeds 2 windows (2 x PFD, ND and 1 x ECAM, SD). The standby instruments are also shown by the middle TFT (which also shows the ECAM, SD). A pretty simple construction with great effect. Almost every A320-homecockpit is done this way.

  • @airbusjoerg it must cost a fortune! how much was your budget.. about 45k??

  • Comment removed

  • People like you make me sick! ;-) . . . I am so jealous! Looks very nice!

  • This is Fucking Amazing..

  • Don't you feel like flying for real??? I mean with all that money and time invested in that thing you could at LEAST have you private license??? I'm a simmer also but it's just for fun, I have over 4000 hrs flying the real thing.

  • @ftp2leta - yea but at least this way he can fly whenever he wants its a hobby know what ya mean though

  • @ftp2leta I would rather fly an A320 simulator of this standard any day instead of flying a real Cessna or Piper.

  • dude...I don't care how much the seats reminds me of the car seat...but heck..this is one crazy sh*t thing to do...salute~!!

  • this is one crazy sh*t man...salute~!!

  • What are you using for display software? Is that VasFMC?

  • how much is your electric bill lol. I would do this, but i know small shit has to go wrong, I am not super savvy in all that tech, so I wouldn't know where to start if something stopped working lol. I can build cpus, but..

  • @shaydyknight haha, same, i wouldnt have a clue ;)

  • this is epic! ery very nice!@ what add-on you us?

  • u have a nice panel there my friend! :)

  • and how much you pay electrics for 1 month?

  • nice simulator how long have you been building it?! I really want one of those I am building a 747 cockpit!

  • I will release a new video showing the 160°-visual system in the next days

  • Wow dude so nice but i cant afford it, I have an FSX in my PC only how did u do it? I am also fun of flying here in the Philippines

  • hollyyy fuckkk.. i want one of those so badd

  • thaks for your answer .

  • thaks for your answer.

  • Is on autop ilot light like real one ( Yello or White ) ? I don't like red one :(

  • @777VoRTeX777

It is yellow, the video cam changes it a bit to red but it's yellow :-)

  • @airbusjoerg I can't find web site where I can buy this, where do you live?

  • @777VoRTeX777

I live in germany. The websites are simparts, opencockpits, flightdecksolutions and airsimtech. Just google for them.

  • what's web site you buy it?

  • @Eurofly330

it is mostly handmade :-) please read the comments on the vids to find the websites where you can buy some parts

  • @airbusjoerg thaks for your answer.

  • where did u get the supplies from :D

  • @sakhalin12

t is mostly handmade :-) please read the comments on the vids to find the websites where you can buy some parts

  • @GolfPlayer96

    Danke!! :-))

  • man this is soooo awesome!!!

  • @YouDS94

    Thanks a lot!!

  • Great job guy and let you know we are interested to market it for you. my phone number is +66 85 326 4318

  • bei sowas kan man nur träumen.

with something as you kan only dream

  • @MonsterAdi

Danke! Es war wirklich einer unserer größten Träume :-)

  • hi!

Impressive! I wonder how the cost for a setup like this (with all instruments) thank you

  • @antoine1003

it should be 5000 to 7000 Euro, divided by 2 people and 4 years; that's not too much, comparing to other hobbys

  • @airbusjoerg ok thx

  • @airbusjoerg ok thx

  • @airbusjoerg just get a real pilots license with that

  • @JustAnOrdinarySimmer

In the earlier stages of development we had plans to make it a certified training device but the costs and the level of perfection needed for that was to high

  • @airbusjoerg ooh even better, so to get it "CERTIFIED TRAINING DEVICE" would you need a better simulator rather than MSFS? if so, do you know which software?

  • @JustAnOrdinarySimmer

I know an sim based on the msfs 2004 which is certified (B737). They use a customized FDE. The FDE is the biggest problem if youre using MSFS, I don't know if its possible to find one for A320 which is good enough for an certification.

  • @airbusjoerg REally????? I wanted to starting builtind and I calculated 40000 USD :D Please help me with it :) Thanks :)

  • @777VoRTeX777

You propably end up at 40000 USD or more if you buy everything you need. We did most of the expensive parts by ourself. This can be an disadvantage, because self built parts are often less reliable - but they are much cheaper :-)

  • hi!

Impressive! I wonder how the cost for a setup like this (with all instruments) thank you

  • Are those FDS panels?

  • The MIP and the glarewings is FDS, the other parts are from simparts.

  • Cool, Thank you for the quick reply. Looks great!

  • das ist ja mal so richtig genial 5 Sterne gut

very nice cockpit good video!!! 5 Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • wow very nice ! that is a big dream ! very nice , my fave ! did you build it yourself or , did you buy some things? 5/5

  • @FSJokerproduction

We did buy most of the panels (without the electronics). Most levers, the complete shell, visual system, throttle, tillers, FCU+EFIS are selfmade.

We are 3 people. I suppose you can´t do this alone....

  • The problem is I and my friend go to school , and heave not so much monney to build , but it's very Nice !!! ;)

  • We use FS9. We plan to use 3 beamers with Tripple Head 2 Go and theres no hardware I know which is able to handle FSX with 3072 x 768...

  • Does it run with FSX ?

  • einfach genial !! tolles cockpit

    5*

  • @Pedrolberia

not more than 10.000 € (over the years!) - which is not too much for this hobby ...

  • wuaaaauuu!!! €€€??

  • asesome!! move vids always appriciated
