i loved this workout, i didn't have a video recorder back then so i taped it onto a cassette tape and took it with when i was away from home. I could 'do it' from memory i loved it so much.

OMG!! I'm so freaking sore, i put this on repeat and just finished 2 and a half hours work out... "Theres so much more to you than meets the eye" that is the truth!! Isn't there a song that comes on after this one too? Either way thanks for the quality upload!

@Zinayer17 I've got the original video that Mom and Dad bought way back when it was still current! Only converted this song really for my sisters though as we were reminiscing and were amazing that it wasn't easy to find on the internet.
