@fortheluhvofmakeup I actually tell the stylist how to cut my hair :\ it's kinda complicated and your stylist probably wouldn't understand it unless they had Redken training.
Hmmm... you could tell your stylist to give you a lot of short layers up top [the shortest laying on your parietal ridge] and to have the top texturized for teasing and have them connect your length to your top layers so your layers get gradually longer.
