I used the hourglass foundation and it was NOT a matte finish. It also slipped off your face after 3 hours - not water resistant AT ALL

Also I am trying to figure out if this Veil Fluid Makeup is better or Hourglass Illusion tinted moisturizer? Because they both seem to have similar coverage...Can't decide.

@teenysquirrel The Illusion is more sheer than the Veil. Also, the Illusion has a slight shimmer to it, so makes your skin more illuminated. the Veil is a matte finish. Enjoy!

You are so great, just watched all the vids and I am just more convinced that hourglass is one of the best brands out there to go for.

What I love about this product is that looks so NATURAL, nobody can tell you have make up on! Even tho I am using a bit extra to cover those dark spots that I get from the sun. Thx for all the advices and the MAGIC :) Good luck to you and the Hourglass line. xo

this blows everything else out of the water!!! i am sooooooo picky- and it takes a lot for me say any thing about a product-- it is costly but rarely is the cost justified like this is x shelly

I just purchased it 3 days ago and got the primer today. It makes my skin look amazing. i have used bare eccientials MAC ...everything and they do NOT hold a candel to hourglass
