How much different is the 1.1.1 jailbroken and the 1.1.3 jailbroken? Is there there anything you cant do on the 1.1.3 but you can do on the 1.1.1?

No, 1.1.3 has the wiggle thing and iphone apps and 1.1.1 doesn't(well it does if you download them off of installer but the one on 1.1.3 are better). Also the dock is different.

There will be apps which are not able to run at 1.1.1/1.1.2 . You will get a message: "...requires 1.1.3" when you want to install such an app. So, if you have some freetime soon, update your Touch or your iPhone and jailbreak 'em. ;-)

by jailbreaking it. It's a simple thing. Just search for it on youtube. There are tons of tutorials and how to's.
