Hey there! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got ripped Six pack abs and lost lots of belly fat with it.
If you have trouble keeping your arms back beside your ears you may be kyphotic. It will occur from doing too much bench press and not enough rhomboid and post. delt.
have your arms beside or further back from your ears, keep them there the whole time, and as syenosis said aim to crunch till your perpendicular with the floor but no further.
I'd skip this crap and do gymnastics bodies. I have an eight pack that would make Tim Ferris weep and I work out less than 3 hours a week.

as spat says,keep your arms behind your ears for the whole movement

Seconded about the music.

You're moving your arms up towards the end of the movement instead of your whole torso. I'd crunch up closer to being perpendicular.

@syenosis Thanks! much appreciated.

Your arms need to be closer or behind your ears for best results
