We did use to do this in California. It was the best, it made the radio and was rated 2nd Haunted house in all of So-Cal. It was great. The only problem was, I was in the clown room for the last year we did it before I moved. I got slapped so many times and I was actually punched in the face do to the reactions of people. 6'5 290 pound clown walkin at ya isnt cool. haha
You should think about having one indoors and making it bigger. That's how I do mine. We stay open for days when it's indoors and make 10x as much money. Plus, you can make sure your stuff is kept dry and clean.
I dont mean indoors as inside of your house or garage... I mean, find a place you can rent out for so long and put it inside of there. People freak out alot more when they know they can't escape so easy. I can also give you alot of tips that'll make your Haunt the scariest around 5/5
all of them are store bought. There are websites that teach you how to make props but i do not have time to build my own so i buy props little by little every year
honestly i have thought about advertising with flyers at halloween stores and businesses or on the internet but have never done so. Ive been doing this for awhile so people just keep coming back and spreading the word about it to their friends. Every year more and more people come, it is up to about 300-400 people per year
For those wondering about the walls...the frame is all 2x4's screwed in, with supports on the top and bottom, some spots have supports mid way through in the areas in which i suspect will scare people into the walls. The black walls are 16mil black plastic found at Lowes or Home Depot in the painting section
Why did I get a negative? Just asking a question...our clown room is going to be over the top this year....SOCCERSTAR PLEZ PUT UP A VID FOR 2008!!!!!!!!!!
lol i dont know, i didnt give you a negative. I am not sure what the clicking noise is, i noticed it as well. you can expect a vid for '08...good luck :)
I think you might find the clicking noise is the lens cap? is it attached to the camera or did you have a ring on that could cause a click on the camera?
i was just wondering where you got the red flikering light you were talking about.. i do a haunted house for elementary students and i was wondering if you had any tips.
