wow. Seoul is not an American colony. It is nothing like the Roman domination. as for Fallujah and the rest of the American Barracks, I don't know of any taxes that we are imposing upon the Iraqis, no conscriptions into the US forces (quite the opposite as we try to train their own army), no arrogant suppression of the people. So I disagree with him yet again.
Is this your Fox interpretation where you take snippets or sentence fragments, associate them with totally irrelevant concepts to confuse the reader? Seoul was referenced in the context of an interaction with an occupying soldier in a barrack. You're entitled to your opinion although there is plenty of literature out there comparing the American Empire with that of the Roman. You might want to start with a 30+ year old text from Yale historian Paul Kennedy - Rise and Fall of The Great Powers.
i understand the context, but I disagree where Seoul is relevant example as a American Dominance and subjugation. Could you point in the path of literature to that end? For Iraq, my humble opinion observes that the Romans set up there own government (comparable to the US possibly) but we aren't taxing them or conscripting them into our army.
Thanks for merely calling me ignorant and not a complete dumb*&^
your comments aren't helping your cause. I do think he is a heretic, though. I don't believe that that should be assassinated. Christ said "Love your enemies, Pray for those who persecute you" (the Rev. you probably substitute persecute with oppress). it's interesting that he's identifies more with the Arabs than he does the Jews considering that Christianity was formed as the fulfillment of Judaism.
Jeremiah keeping it real as usual, the Apostle Paul is black!
