@Legostar50 Sometimes I transition into a front-headlock, then go head-in-the-hole where I can often find a cradle.

One day I'll find a dedicated camera man and partner and upload everything I know....

@jaytonbye if the guy shoots on you and u sprawl can u put the headlock on and work moves from there and also in one of my matches some kid had my teammmate in a crab type position and and he has the headlock from behind is that concidered an illegal choke because thats what the ref called it
