Though nothing I said is even a comment on Law enforcement or what it does, simply the effect it has (or doesn't have) as it's related to stopping drugs. Easiest way to know that they have no effect no matter how much they seize. When have you ever heard of an illegal drug shortage? You've gone to Wal-Mart or wherever and they've been sold out of something, you've never heard of junkies not finding a fix.
