@jeffdarga100 This was the Odakyu Railways depot Open Day, and one of the rare occasions that they put on display three of the retired models (the orange ones on the left) of their Romance Cars on display along with the new blue model. The one on the far left held the world speed narrow gauge record over 50 years ago.
Is this a new type of train? Is that why all these people are checking it out?
