I do think they are friends with China (but not allies). However, I don't know they are friends with Russia, even though they were allies with the Soviet Union, Russia is no longer Communist, and even less Socialist then Sweden (the most Socialist European country) and all other European countries, so I doubt they are friends or allies with Russia.
