It is sad about Chris and what happened to his family and himself. I guess he was mentally in trouble and that he tried to keep it together as long as he could. In Vince's defense though it was good of him to be Honest about the story. I do not think that anyone really thought it was true. People understand wrestling is fixed but they like it anyways.

I knew McMahon wasn't dead, for one thing it was EXTREMELY coincidential that the one time a camera follows him outside the building he dies, no-one came out to see what'd happened, it ended with a WWE logo (if it was real the cameraman would've probably turned the camera off or ran screaming for help until it cut away to a different program) it could've made a decent WWE storyline to be fair, shame it coincided with the unfortunate events that happened with Benoit.

This is one reason i stopped watching WWE, the stories was getting silly, it was starting to not be about the in ring entertainment, or indeed the feud stories and promos between wrestlers.

A lot seemed to be about stuff that had little to do with the actual wresters in the ring and more about Vince his family, the changing general managers and stories dedictated to them etc.

After WCW went bust, Vince had the market to himself and could do and spoil what he wanted,

He never intended to kill his family or himself, but when you go crazy from drugs like that, you're NEVER really in your right state of mind. Beniot didn't murder them, the drugs did. I honestly don't believe he's burning in Hell because his soul was pure, but only his mind was contaminated.
