  • Good job. Notice the stupid cop doesn't answer his direct question of "is it in violation of law" cause it's not and the cop knows it.

  • wtf...thats bullshit...the renta cop is trying to hide it...damn these ppl are all the same...

  • Man you really got a hard on for trolley cops, bitch! That's all you like to film.

  • @creepingdeth1981 I smell ur pussy u fuckin trolley cop

  • why do people always try to get in the way of officers/security police trying to do their jobss. You are just another fucking asshole jerk

  • Fucking violent vermin. Small man syndrome. Probably abused as kids by their fathers or uncles etc.

  • HAHAHA , moron. im sure he was warned than started talking shit, he got what he deserved, DUMBASS! If transit wasnt around the trollies would be even worse than than what they are(full of drug addicts an homeless with no jobs) GO TRANSIT!!!!

  • @fgspeer100

    you're scum

  • its too bad that the jackass that posted this video didnt see the suspect punch another dude in the face and try to rip a cell phone off from another lady in the store.

  • This isn't brutality, the thug was resisting arrest and detainment.

  • -thus was the start of the occupy san diego.

  • Folks keep in mind these are not a cops, they are the san diego trolley securities they have been brutal since the 80s with aid from clairemont mesa superior court and el cajon superior court MTS and Heritage are responsible for this acts.and the county officials.

  • @wisdomforces your dumb.. these "security" work with state officers.. hence the similar uniforms but different badges..but you already new this right cuz you know so fucking much you liberal idiot..i bet if we had no trolley officers your trolley riding would end very shortly after

  • @razo420

Typical sheep - thinks that any level of violence is acceptable as long as it's done in the name of the law. You're vermin

  • Get This The Video Can You Not Film A Kodak Moment is made by John Longenecker a Film Producer who made an academy award winning short film in 1970.

  • On the video Can You Not Film A Kodak Moment some commenter says someone could sue you for putting their image on youtube wouldn't that kind of like put our lives in danger for posting a video of someone like security guards or even cops like they do in the UK.

  • maybe it is not allowed I have seen videos of the building but none of them doing their newscast. When the guards talked to me they mentioned about terrorists and some shooter in this or another building if it was about copyright infringment laws that would be a different matter which may be why I have not seen videos of their newscasts from the building on youtube.

  • What was worse it was during a newscast.

  • I am the type that tries to avoid confrontation. so if you want to film them when KNSD does their newscast and you can see them through the window look for two black men in dark suits (it may be two different men when you get there then the ones I saw) in front of the glass entrance.

  • What was worse is they looked and acted like federal agents working for KNSD.

  • The police are armed and retarded they all are overpayed under worked and most of them are fat so fat that they cannot do their jobs so all they got to resort to is brutality or to shoot you becase after 1 minute of work they are exhausted as hell they will shoot you and put that back up gun in your hand. It is obvious that the police are the enemy of the people they are all armed and retarded and overplay they will do any thing to keep thir job even kill you police armed and retarded

  • I have filmed the building and downtown San Diego for years and now some security guy says I can not. KNSD did a report on filming rights being violated at a trolley station and now they are doing the same thing.

  • The same thing happened with me with the nbc san diego building security they said I could not film the building it was when they were doing their newscast and you could see it through their window. If you look at the main entrance you may see two security guards standing there with dark suits.

  • San diego Trolley cops are tougher and way more brutal then the SDPD from what i hear

  • I got head cancer homie!

  • u guys are fucking idiots ""oohh he used excessive force" this video only shows the guy getting arrested, do any of you know what happened prior to this?? i use the trolley a lot and believe me, these douchebags deserve to get treated like this because i've been there and i've seen what actually happens, trolley cops give the guys like 3 warnings to just leave the station, but the stupid cholo gangbangers refuse

  • they are "private security" ... not police officers... visit their website... very little information... small mom and pop operation... always a liability.... san diego trolley are idiots... hire san diego county sheriff... be safe than sorry...

  • If it was really their right not to be filmed that would be disastrous for a lot of tv shows where criminals are arrested by the police.

  • ive lived in san diego all my life. not once i have i been harrassed or bothered by a cop. ever. if you do get harrased its cause your probaly a dumb ass doing something stupid.

  • what are you giving them a bad time about?

that guy looks like a violent criminal to me.

you should be glad there are people protecting you from criminals. because, you don't seem very street smart.

also,do you think any of those cops are going to help you in the future?

  • Fuck these cops. They harass me all the time. i wouldn't be surprised if this dudes innocent.

  • @ContraCommando cause u probably do stupid shit in the trolley

  • @kronos0007 Actually no, I am civil wherever I go, I just get asshole cops being major pussies to me just cuz I am a young man trying to mind his business.

  • They're not cops for god sake they're lesser beings known as trolley cops. They wish they were police officers but hey thats what happens when your to thick headed and disrespectful to pass police academy I guess.

  • You should be free to record anything and/or anyone in public if the police can do it with dash cams then we all should have that same freedom. Only corrupt/dirty cops want to hide from the camera. If they are doing a good job video just backs them up if a problem does happen. They were causing pain on the man being arrested because low life scum cops get off on that. Then they want to hide the truth by stopping someone from legally documenting what they were doing.

  • Abuse of power through and through ! F#ck them pigs!

  • props to the camera man who stood up to the pigs

  • @ PWILLTRNST - In what post did I ever say I worked for National Public Safety? I think your reading comprehension needs some remedial training. I don't even work for a security guard company. And as for your name title, I'm assuming you work for heritage security as a guard. Remember, a guard card is a guard card. The DA don't care what you think you know about enforcement of the penal code, sworn peace officers are the real deal. Go read your BSIS guard manual and then talk some facts to me.

  • I dont know how retarted the majority of you are, saying that this is a beat down. I don't see any officer punching or kicking the suspect. There is no civil rights being violated here. A private citizen (security, rent a cops, trolley security,Etc,) can arrest any other for any offense commited or attempted in their precense. Who cares wo they work for, there out there protecting people for proabably a shitty salary. The real cops are never around. Better a trolley cop than no one!

  • Wait. those weren't even cops they were TRANSIT SECURITY. They work for Heritage security co.

  • Why are the police behaving this way? Watch Police State 2000,Police State 2,Police State 3 and Police State 4,These movies cover 10 years of police training and the millitarisation of the PD.Please turn off your idiot box for 2 hours per day and watch these films you will learn far more than lamestream media will ever show you.Pass on this message and help others, also ask them to pass it on.The people united will never be defeated!!!

  • For SMOKING?????

  • This an organized criminals and national guard action is required because county officials are involved, corruptions authorizing brutalities, and the list is on.

  • Comment removed

  • Hope you took them to court for violation of your civil rights and took some money from them.

  • nice work. way to stand up for your rights.

  • should have keep it running

  • fuck trolley pigs

  • if your rights were violated. Did you make a complaint?

  • cops are retarded bitches

  • @emolosersunite People who hate cops are probably drug dealers or immagrants

  • @sdtrolleygregory Clearly, you are a follower of Glenn Beck or Bill Oreilly. Get some education and try again.

  • @sdtrolleygregory Please learn to spell before commenting.

  • @novadrian Just saying!

  • @sdtrolleygregory people who love cops are probably nazis and faggots!

  • @emolosersunite They are not Police they are armed security, who is the retard now?

  • @E3Harrison read the title dick face? I didnt make the video! And I stand behind my statement regardless of who these fags are, so suck it

  • It is illegal to smoke on transit stations on some systems. But yes, photography is legal. However the photography policy does sound kind of screwy! They prohibit you from photography if the line goes into tunnels or on bridges. Which I think is stupid. Terrosits are after things that cause lots more damage. A commercial airplane can carry much more passengers than light rail. I think that we need to stand up to the plate and write congress about this.

  • reason to buy a car. those guys dont fuck around

  • cops are the same every where ,even here in Australia ......no cameras around ya get a beating ,kicked in head ,or back at station they all beat you up ....

  • I thought this guy was being roughed up for photographing trolleys!

  • Yea i think its generally silly its not illegal to take videos or photos i think its just the fact they don't wanna be video taped or photos taken.

  • wow usa is retarted here in Australia you can take pics or videos as much as you want.

  • @jhanl1 I think the problem isnt so much the taking of photo but the "commentary that gose with it"

  • That's right, clean the streets up with those whites who think they are above the law. They are always yipping and yapping that all crime is committed by Hispanics and Blacks. You should have put your foot in his ass.

  • Taking pictures on private transit property can be restiricted. Secondly transit security is not observe and report, the standard is different when the property is owned by a type of entity as MTS. If you want to comment go to law school and learn that you can be arrested in railroad property. Or get a life and buy a car then you don't have to ride the trolley

  • @TheMichaelMele Can you please cite or reference any one of your so called "guard card" standards transit authority by means of state law or penal code? And also please explain how that exempts any state license security guard against the definition of a peace officer titles in the CA Penal Code 830. And your right, you can be "citizens arrested" by a heritage security guard, however then you guys and code compliance then have to call the POLICE for an actual arrest (non-infraction).

  • @TheMichaelMele there is no law prohibiting the taping of security officers on private property.

  • i love how the fat one just keeps moving around in front of you, LOL

  • Anyone who stills smokes in today's world faces uncertain health issues. Police or security guards can't dictate who takes a picture or video on public land.

  • Comment removed

  • but yo bitch ass put that cam up i see lol

  • Heritage security own company president has issue an apology

    to the photographer.

he admits the trolley guards were wrong by asking to stop taking video,

furthermore he reaffirms people have the RIGHT TO TAKE VIDEO OR PICTURES

    WHENEVER PERIOD.

so next time one of this wanna be a cop ask you to stop taking video or pics

tell them politely have you not read your company president memo?.

that memo opens the door to a lawsuit againts this bozzos.

  • I sincerely hope that you got his name, badge and are suing San Diego Transportation Authority for violating you constitutional rights - oh, in FEDERAL Court, certainly not local circuit court.

  • Doesnt it all come down to WHO owns the property? If its private property, the rules/regulations that the property owner posts are "the law" on that property. No pictures on private property means NO PICTURES. Even if that private property is open for public use. If you are asked to leave, then you need to leave. If you are asked to stop taking pics, than you need to stop taking pics. ITS THAT SIMPLE isnt it?

  • Isnt it interesting . . . . ppl don't notice the ridiculous number of CCTV watching them but when it comes to you as a private individual you can't do it. If people can't see that we're living ina police state they are blind - then you have these wannabe cops on a power trip who think theyre part of the system but they're being manipulated too . . . it's sad, very sad WE MUST DEFEND OUR GOD GIVEN RIGHTS

  • @nationalpublicsafety(private-security)-Wow, a guard card holder (observe and report) quoting ca penal code. And your missing the point, you can only do a citizens arrest, lawful arrests are done by peace officers defined in pc830. There is no law enforcement agency that provides provisional enforcement guidelines for transit security. Therefore, in the end you need to resort to your guard card BSIS policy. Your not a peace officer, don't sugar coat it.

  • @smthchords National Public Safety what a joke, u guys use to have red lights on your vehicles and us initiate traffic stops. i recall CHP cracking down on you dumbasses. Look up California Penal Code 837 then talk shit.

  • -Right, most of these are," Sir you can not smoke here...& turn into the guy saying, "F-You, you ain't a cop, you can't tell me what to do...etc. At MTS sites, they have authority, period. People that don't act like a fool have nothing to worry about.

  • @CoronadoLocal - Tell me where in writing does the County or City of San Diego or any law enforcement organization define guard card holders of having any authority to detain someone for violating an infraction (like smoking on MTS property) Can you understand the liability you risk by doing so? Is that why the MTS code compliance have YOU (heritage security @ 9.00/hr) sign the citation? Think about how much trouble you can impose.

  • @smthchords YOUR MISSING THE POINT. This guy refused to put his smoke out(640(b)4 pc). So he was asked to leave. He then refused to put his smoke out and said "you cant make me leave." He was then taken into custody for refusing to leave the property.(602.1(a) pc) misdeamenor. He commited the offense in there presence, therefore they made a LAWFUL ARREST. Stop trying to make him a victim...he commited a ARRESTABLE OFFENSE, live with it...he is.

  • Well...It appears that they were making a lawful arrest. In scene 2:05 i suppose there kidnapping the perpitrator? My best advise is to NOT violate the laws on there property and you wont have any problems with them. 1+2 = 3...

  • @npscop - A lawful arrest? Or do you mean a citizens arrest? Guard card holders can make a "lawful" arrest for a infraction (smoking trolley ordinance)? I don't think so. Tell me something, where within your BSIS and guard card regulations does it say you have any peace officer authority? Answer: it doesn't.

  • what started the whole mess?

  • I agree with you but just so you know, Transit police is managed by a contract company. Although MTS is ultimately responsible, I think that you should investigate the standard operating procedures of the contract company.

  • One of these Trolley Security Guards was just recently terminated for driving his mobile vehicle code 3 (meaning *amber* lights and sirens) to a specific location and then identified himself as a police officer. A local POLICE unit witnessed the even and called their dispatch to verify the code 3 response (technically, private security cannot run through red lights). It turned out there was no authorization for the code 3. I rest my case. Guard Card= you cannot impersonate a peace officer.

  • those are fucking trolly pigs man, they do security. or if you want to get fancy their main tilttle is , public safety!

  • amolozhaviy is a typical Sandy Eggo douchebag. Doesn't know a goddamned thing and constantly yaps his piehole like a French Poodle. YAP! YAP! YAP! Go blow your nearest cop if you love them faggots so much.

  • your such a fucking moron all the shit you say makes no sense at all

  • What Trig meant to say was...

"YOU'RE such a fucking moron. All the shit you say, makes no sense at all."

Typical hypocrite. Calls me a moron but has no command of the English language or punctuation....

  • @ amolozhaviy, I will go ahead and take that response as a no. Im sorry, but you really have no clue what the regulations are within the BSIS Guard Card regulations and the CA Penal Code. One day your going to get into a lot of trouble and possibly sued or get killed. For what? 10$ an hour? Your being scammed by the big business. Open your eyes. That's why the turnover is high. Nothing but dispensable turnover and low overhead.

  • I already did that. I have the policy and procedure manual for he MTS Code Compliance Department. Its even public information you can get online. But you didn't answer my question. As a guard card holder, can you detain anyone for violating an infraction? No. Is your orders lawful under Penal Code 830? No. You can observe and report and only advise people of the laws. Code Compliance can detain (arrest) and cite. A peace officer can make an official arrest. That's why you have no police title.

  • Wow, amolozhaviy. Explain to me under what section within the CA Penal Code does is state that your orders are lawful under your CA Guard Card regulations. Then if you detain a person (or citizens arrest), Code Compliance is just a cite and release. Guard Card= no law enforcement authority at all. Code Compliance=can cite and detain for Trolley Infractions and certain misdemeanors. Sworn Peace Officer= full arrest authority under PC830. Think about it, clear your mind and tell me what you think.

  • See the wonderful thing here buddy is that the DA and all San Diego Law Enforcement Agencies like what MTS Code Compliance and Transit Systems Security does. So no matter how much you try to get all technical there is always loop holes in the law, and unfortunately for people like you, the law is on their side.

  • yes sir

  • @colby -Do you have official or written documentation that says "The San Diego Police likes Heritage Security, so they can assume the roles of a peace officer." Probably not. What upholds in the court of law is what is WRITTEN in the Penal Code and what the rules and regulations within any organization. Just because a few law enforcement officials like you guys, how does that suffice in court? It does not. "Loop holes" wont cut it there buddy. And at $10/hr, your not respected as a professional.

  • well i can tell you you i have written proof of the 4 pages of penal codes "trolley cops" have and it flies in court

  • @amolo- 1. Please specify that written proof, under what section. 2. There is no such thing as a "trolley cop". There is no Transit Police Department within the San Diego County. There is only MTS Code Compliance (not sworn peace officers) and Heritage Security (guard card). No where within these two organization are they referred as peace officers or a Police Department. Peace Officers go through over 800 hours of academy training and are authorized to carry firearms (CCW as well)

  • why dont you go talk to any police officer or any trolley enforcement officer and ask them for their penal codes documentaion. do some research

  • @amolo- In addition, if your are referring to the 'public officer" status that Code Compliance fall under, that does not suffice to the Guard Card holders. Read it carefully, your BSIS manual that is. Sorry to say, your one week training and NO official background check/clearance will not give you the title as a "cop" or peace officer.

  • no one said their cops i didnt. and the main topic im talking to you about is to inform u that they do have penal codes and they have all the right to make arrests as long as their on the mts property

  • Wahat Tris meant to say this time was....

"No one said THEY'RE cops. I didn't. The main topic I'm talking to you about is, to inform you that they do have penal codes and they have all the right to make arrests as long as THEY'RE on the MTS property."

  • I have a few responses to this.

First, the amount you make doesn't hold your status in the professional world.

Second, I don't work there so don't associate me with that.

Third, Are you going to law school? "written" documents?? Because you could get a lot of clients from the trolley with how much the officers abuse patrons.

Fourth, speaking of making money in the professional world, your at home tweaking on YouTube, so what type of profession do you have that has you being respected.

  • colby, you associated yourself with the trolley cops by saying you use to work for them. If you didn't wanna be associated with them then you shouldn't of brought it in the conversation in the first place. That's on you.

  • LOL. Some of the Heritage Trolley Guards were wearing mourning bands across their private security badges. When I asked why, they replied it was for the local Sheriff Deputy that was killed. Um, I think that's reserved for PEACE OFFICERS or anyone within the Law Enforcement brotherhood. Talk about some serious "wannabe" cop syndrome. I wonder if they put those bands around their Guard Card. Regardless of the nature of your job, you will never be respected as REAL or CERTIFIED professionals.

  • do u have a soul at all? for one the deputy was a brother of someone that works for the trolley security and two its not trying to get respect its paying respect for a fallen officer. quit hating on the trolley officers and especially about this case. what the fuck is wrong with you?

  • It's a matter of respect-- it doesn't have anything to do with what your profession is.

  • Two weeks ago, it was a trolley cop who arrested a rapist concealing a silenced weapon. Would you all, who are so adamant in your accusations that all trolley cops are "bitches" and "faggots", still like to revoke the right of these officers to arresting and detaining the scum that frequent the public transportation lines? Would you prefer they stop confiscating the weapons carried onto trolleys? How dare they protect you, right?

  • If everyday citizens can technically make arrests and cops can make arrests- it only makes sense that the in between can, as well.

  • I would really like to know what happened before the video started and before the guy was being gaffled on the ground. I didn't think that they could forcibly make you stop smoking... Maybe a citation or some other trivial kind of tough love. As much as I hate frivolous lawsuits and the attorneys who file them, maybe Heritage Security needs a juicy lawsuit against them so that they can cool their collective jets.

  • "I didn't think that they could forcibly make you stop smoking."

Well welcome to the grand ole USSA patypus3.

You didn't realize you live in a soviet policy state. 'No smoking here next to this very busy road clouded with all forms of fuel exhaust, but you must walk way out of your way to smoke waaaaaay over there'.

Sry to break it to you.

  • He was heading through the trolley station with a lit cigarette, and was heading to an area outside the station. A trolley can by and cut off his path, so he was waiting for the trolley to move so he could continue to the area where smokers go. That's when the guards came and said to put it out. After the train moved, they wouldn't let him leave till he put it out. That's when the fun began.

  • it doesnt matter if he was walking through or not. do me a favor go back to 12th and imperial and count how many non smoking signs you see everywhere. if he lights it on the property is is violating the law. doesnt matter if he is walking through. when they say put it out he should have put it out instead of bull-shiting about it. and theworldisraw before you start writing all your useless crap do some background on the incident at least thats what a good journalist would do.

  • You're right patypus.

    Supposedly, cameras never lie.

However, they can totally manipulate the situation by recording halfway through an incident.

How do you really know that the man hadn't been making more trouble before the camera person pressed "record"?

  • I've see worse than this at the Euclid Trolley station. Kneeling right on a mans legs and head. The guards just held him on the ground waiting for the police to come. I've been challenged for taking photos but not by the trolley guards but I don't take many and fewer than I would like to because of the fear of harassment. Thanks for posting!

  • you do know that euclid is one of the worst trolley stations right? its all bloods there. and they where kneeling on his legs because he was resisting arrest.

  • Yeah read the article in volume 39 number 8 febuary 25,2010 of the reader on this bullshit . I cant beleave those security officers are still employed

  • Fuck these rent-a-pigs! I hope they ALL get murdered!

  • Wow. What a disgusting thing to say, Pete. You obviously ARE in pampers judging by your apparent lack of maturity.

  • Opinions are like assholes...

  • wow your dumb

  • Yeah. I'm supposed to care what a 23 year old douchebag who doesn't know shit about shit and lives in Sandy Eggo thinks about me. Ummmm......NO!

  • The video is about an event that took place in "Sandy Eggo," with a "Sandy Eggo" offender, and "Sandy Eggo" transit officers.

  • i dont know shit about shit? sounds to me that u have no clue on what their rights are when they are on duty. why dont you go to school and learn something

  • What don't suck my fat cock you miserable little faggot? I used to fuck faggots like you in prison. They squealed like the sissies they were. Name the time and place tough guy. I guarantee I snipe your ass from an open building before you can say, "Where is that piece of fucking shit?"

Next time you open your smart mouth and it writes a check your ass will have to cash, think of me, will ya?

  • wtf are you even talking about lol you are so ignorant, so let me get this straight you where in prison meaning your a lowlife piece of shit, and u said name the time and place and u would snipe me? so you are to much of a pussy to come face to face i get you thats cool. and the comment about fucking me and that im a faggot makes no sense, if your fucking me like you did others in your so called prison doesnt that make u gay? i thinks so. and thanks i do have a smart mouth.

  • Running scared? Yeah. I thought so. It's always the biggest pussies who yap the loudest.

  • umm who said i was running? please read the whole text that i wrote and then open your mouth. and tell me where about in san diego do u live in

  • Escondido, pal.

  • So what you just said was blah blah blah, I'M A CRIMINAL, I'M GAY, blah blah blah. Come on, Pamper boy. Let US put you down.

  • Pampers...opinions derived from evil are hardly valid.

  • LULZ! You're a real Einstein, aren't you?

  • You're just figuring this out now, are you?

  • Fuck off ya little prick! Is your BF a rent-a-pig or something?

  • wow thats cute a rent-a-pig. thats the smartest thing you have to say.

  • everybody is right, i am indeed a trolley security, and yes we are not LAW ENFORCEMENT, we are just security making citizens arrests. and we make only 9 dollars an hour, or 10.50 if you have a gun.

  • Heritage Security is NOT any form of law enforcement. Think about that. When "it" hits the fan, I rely on my own professional training AND a POLICE or SHERIFFS department, not guard card holders who can get into a lot of trouble assuming/pretending the responsibilities of a peace officer. What I have seen these guys do, because of the nature of the trolley clientele who just don't know any better, they are impersonating peace officers.

  • @smthchords I agree .. The first thing they tell you too in security training is your not a peace officer ( cop) ....this company isnt good eaither I used to work for them idiots.

  • "they are impersonating peace officers."

Give the man a golden key to the City please

  • i hate when they say no pictures or video but sometimes ill just stop video taping so that i dont cause a ruckus

  • just to let you know the officer that said no video or photos was a brand new officer. so what do u expect

  • Wow....unbelievable. These guys are nothing more than Heritage Security contracted to MTS at a pathetic hourly wage of $9/HR. Placing handcuffs on a person for an infraction. GUARD CARD= NOT PEACE OFFICERS. That goes for you too Code Compliance. There is no POLICE or PEACE OFFICER authority within any of these guys. Only the San Diego Police Department can make the OFFICIAL ARREST. The only arrest they can do is a citizens arrest or being issued a citation. Nothing else. NOT PEACE OFFICERS!!!

  • I realize that now. Since filming this, I have learned that security guards (non peace officers) have no more authority than anyone else to arrest some one. A private citizen has just as much right to arrest a San Diego trolley security guard as they do to arrest a private citizen.

  • Its funny bc when I see them, it always takes 5 or 6 of them for one person. And usually the person they harass look innocent just minding their own business, not even dressed bummy. Then 6 trolley cops surround him asking questions searching through his backpack. The fucked up part is ppl let it happen, and the more we let it happen the more they're going to abuse their authority. They aren't real cops, but they're in tight with the SDPD. Since SDPD....

  • "Then 6 trolley cops surround him asking questions searching through his backpack."

!!!NO WARANT!!!? Robbery, invasion of private property, etc etc. STOP these soviets min wage morons NOW

  • Lmao, USSA..That is fuckin genius. Yeah, I'll be the first one to throw the civil rights in their face. Ppl really need to start reading the constitution, and amendments and start familiarizing themselves with it. The problem is ppl rather watch Jersey Shore, and listen to all that shit on the radio, and give up all their rights rather than read, bc they find it "boring." Those documents are becoming very weak, and until people buy one of those pocket sized mini books we're fucked.

  • These United Soviet States of America have these rules that for some reason the cops and the wannuhbe youth think they have the 'right' to oppress other Citizens. Like the continued prohibition even though when you plug the 21st amendment into the ninth 9 (an original) you get an illegal prohibition of ANY and ALL intoxicants other than liquor.

Smoking banned for health reasons, right next to exhaust clouded roads is INSANE and a Soviet way of life.

  • You ramble about 21st amendments and illegal prohibition...big theories for a man who also says "wannuhbe"

  • Speaking on my level? Read through the comments and you will find that I know how to spell. So, when you learn how to use English properly, go ahead and get back to me.

  • I hope it didn't go over head then. It is not about 'spelling' it is the 'cop ok' street thug mentality I was addressing.

Get with the Liberty game and away from the policy state (guess what = police state) thug gang attitude before it is too late.

  • Samuel, Guess what = police state? policy state? It's not that it went over anyone's head, it's the fact you need to breath in and out slowly 10 times, think before you type, relax then start writing what you're trying to say.

  • You obviously can not comprehend, I did not question my statement it is a fact.

But then sputniks come along and pick fights with those about to flatten their face. The soviets collapsed for a good reason.

  • Lol... I really don't know what it is you're trying to say here.

  • I've already said this a few times to other people- why are you so convinced that all he's being detained for is smoking a cigarette? Most of the people commenting on this video are so easily manipulated- it's pathetic!

You're the kind of people who are the target demographic to even the most basic propaganda.

  • what you need to do is read the law book and learn a few things about the code compliance inspectors and what they can do. or go talk to a police officer and ask him.

  • Given recent events- you know, transit officers being shot over simple citations, is it really fair to judge them for their desire to bring in back up for even the least conspicuous looking offenders?

I encourage you to fill their shoes for just one typical 10 hour shift. Feel the hatred, fear your safety. You can't truly judge until you've experienced it.

  • @iaefblamefate, The person who shot the transit cop is obviously a criminal. There are criminals everywhere, at Walmart for god sakes. Most people on the transit dont wanna be fucked with and wanna get to school/work/home. I'll say it's fair to judge them based on my observation. Why feel like a suspect if you're just trying to get home? You say " I encourage you to fill their shoes" And I say Vice Versa. Ppl know what's right and wrong, and the things they do are wrong.

  • umm yeah he was a criminal after he shot him, but he was just a 19 year old kid sitting down like anyone else before he got up and pulled the trigger. and you say they know whats right and wrong? then the dick should have known their is no smoking there are signs everywhere, and when they say'd put it out he should have said "oh my bad" they don't bother people if there not doing anything wrong.

  • In these times, there is no such thing as "the honesty system." You're right. People know what is right and what is wrong. That doesn't mean they choose to do the right thing when no one is looking. Trolley cops are employed to do random ticket checks, kick off the people who aren't able to behave themselves, and whatever else.
