Eric Bristow is indeed a legend in Darts of the highest order, but Phil Taylor is in a class of his own, and that's a fact. You can never say never, but I dont think there will ever be another like him, I can't see his achievments being matched.

@NinjaRiise I know what you mean, but when he talks about stackers, hes just talking about a technique in darts, which is expected from a commentator. At the end of the day, Sid has contributed a massive amount to darts since its inception on TV, more than what he does in the commentary box. Regarding secondary commentary teams, well, they have had those for years now on Sky.

Who would have thought that at this moment Eric Bristow was by far the best ever player. That is of course until he introduced Phil Taylor into the darting world. Now Bristow I believe is ranked #3 behind Barney. Phil "The Power" Taylor 14 World Championships and sure to be more. No one will EVER get any where near this. A true sporting Legend. Too bad Darts isnt recognised worldwide cause he is a True Legend. Up there with Tiger Woods, Pele, Michael Jordan and Michael Schumaker.
