I just finished a phone conversation with the customer relations department @ 1-800-774-2354. They said the $4,737.60 in posted charges to my two credit/debit card accounts were standard business practices even though I didn't buy anything from them. and they didn't care they tied up my money for days.
They also stated they were unwilling to compensate me in any way.
This is of course TOTALY unacceptable! These "credit checks" have to stop! I'm now out several hundred dollars for nothing.
Shatner took a gamble when he was first hired for these priceline ads back in 2000....they offered him stock in the company becuase they couldnt pay him money at the time....Today, those priceline stocks have made William Shatner $600 million dollars...So for all you ppl saying william shatner is dumb for doing these commercials, he truly is laughing all the way to the bank....WAY TO GO SHATNER, your smarter then ppl give you credit for
