Why the cowboys from hell?

Well... mostly just because it rocks. But if you want me to make up a more significant reason... John Carpenter got into the business because he wanted to make westerns, only by the time he got into the industry, westerns were pretty much dead. Instead, he ended up making his big impact in the Sci-Fi and Horror genres. The title "Cowboys from Hell" sort of embodies the ideas of both genres, and possibly could be the name of a movie he would make. That's the best I got. lol.
