I'm doing a school report on Singapore and have learned a bit about it. I was wondering what a place like that costs. I suspect it's expensive because 2400 square feet is a bit smaller than my house which is considered big by people that come over for dinner, but that sounds huge for a big city like Singapore.
It looks humble.

I worked at an investment bank, but I also had 3 roommates. So this was split between 4 people!

Hey bud,
This is a condo renting for around 6k SGD per month. This is considered cheap as the condo is around 20 years old.
80% of people in Singapore live in HDB buildings. (government housing) which is much cheaper than condos. They also have less facilities.

Wow, what are you working as? You look pretty young and it is just impressive to be able to afford such an apartment!
