@ QuiteDrunkOnGin The UK driving test is one of the toughest in the world, last time I looked into this (I used to be a driving instructor) the UK test was ranked in the top 3 toughest from anywhere in the world. There are problems with UK drivers but it's not the test standard, it's the punishment standard.

finish people may well enjoy their booze but most of them at least the ones i know. Are smart enough to know that you shouldn't drive after drinking i think that's something that comes from the fact that they drive so young. Even when they get to the age where they take lessons they have a 3 year(?) course before the test. Resulting in some of the finest drivers in F1. Personally i feel it should be this way in all countrys. The difference is clear to see people in england drive like there blind

there is no such thing as responsible drinking in finland. You either get completely wasted or dont drink at all. mika is a good man and shows great example to kids unlike some other finnish national heroes...
