  • I love ezekiel bread and yes the cinnamon raisin is not that good because it gets hard like paper. I tried the sesame and it is delicious.

  • Im just about to start p3 and want to do a very good job what would would suggest to add for the first few days? Thanks!

  • Just subscribed and am loving the "5 Things" vlogs. I am on loading day 2, starting VLCD tomorrow. Thanks for all the tips!

  • You are the best! Thank you :D

  • when in p3 can we add in the sprouted breads?

  • @amia1191 I would try it after the first week.

  • I loved this video! I never knew about Ezekiel bread before, a good thing to know :) I love soy sauce and I made my husband Pepper Steak last night and I changed the sugar for Truvia and was thinking how could change the soy sauce to make it healthier so thanks for the tip on the Braggs stuff! If you want to try something new here is the recipe... Thanks!

  • Is coconut oil allowed on phase 2?

  • @MyWhitelye Watch my lasted vlog :)

  • @CarolEnsminger Yes I seen that after I posted this but it was already too late for me to come back here to this one to delete it,sorry about that and THANKS!!! I've lost 18 lbs in 14 days so all is going well, Love your blogs!!!

  • Thanks Carol for the info.

  • Be aware that Braggs has naturally occuring MSG's in it. Not bashing it, just informing. Nama Shoyu is a MSG free alternative. I didn't know why I was reacting to Braggs until I found out that it has natural MSG. So, for everyone else who is sensative to MSG's or simply those who do not wish to have MSG's (naturally occuring or not) in their food, give NM a try or other types such as South river miso or Eden Organics shoyu sauce. :)

  • Ok thnk u :)

  • can u use the BRAGG dressing in P2 for salad dressings

  • @falalababy10 no, it has oil in it.

  • Thanks for explaining the Carob Powder....my niece hated the chocolate delight with the Hershey's chocolate. I plan to go buy some Carob tomorrow! You have really helped me with ideas of new foods to add to my new way of eating. I am beginning my second round of HCG this weekend. I LOVED the 3 weeks of maintenance after my last HCG...I felt so good. I'm looking forward to completing my last 10-15 pounds loss. You're great!!! Thanks again!

  • Love your Vlogs! Thanks so much for the info!!!

  • Thank you sooooooo much. For this very informative video. I am gettin ready to go into p3/p4 for good and this was what I needed at the perfect timing. Keep posting please!

  • As always Thanks!! Happy New Year to you too!!

  • It's good to see another vlog from you. I have looked for those breads at Whole Foods but can't find them.

  • @DEBBYRN1 The last time I purchased them, they were in the freezer section right by the Ezekiel / Food for Life

  • Braggs is good! Please focus more on organic foods.

  • I bought snack bars called Pure Bars and these bars are awesome! no flour, no sugar, no wheat, or rice syrup!... no nothing lol, they are all natural and organic and sweetened with agave. I was looking for a snack bar w/out flour and rice syrup.. all that crazy stuff and these were the only ones I found and theyre sooo good! I highly recommened them. I found mine at Big Bear Natural Foods.

  • the Ezeikel bread and the marys gone crackers made me gain weight on muy 2nd week of P3. I did the first week of P3 introducing cheese and no problem. but the other two made me gain =( i guess im not ready. i have gained 2.4 lbs since introducing the bread and crackers.

  • @angel071 I don't suggest introducing new foods the first week, it's can be too hard to maintain. I bet once you maintain you will do great on them. I hear very few who gain with the spouted breads, so maybe it was something else. Cheese is a more common gaining food. But if you gain, then just wait until after you have stabilized and now you know you can't over do those foods later on. It's great to learn those things :)

  • @CarolEnsminger.. It could be the cheese then, its my fave food and i did eat it at every meal except for breakfast. lol. ok I had some today but starting tomorrow I'll leave cheese alone and we'll see what happens.

  • @angel071 I'm guessing yest to the cheese. It makes the most sense. sorry :(

  • your a god send

  • Thanks for your video! I only have a few more pounds to lose and I am on a second round my doctor has recommended a 15 day round - do you have any opinion on this? I think protocol says to do 21 days, but I am not sure if that applies for a follow up round. Anyways thank you for all your recs. Last P3 I did great with Ezekiel. Although I found I really gained with Coconut Oil which everyone seems to recommend?

  • @Shaboom61 Not a fan of short rounds, sorry. Know people who did it and failed. I am surprised you gain with coconut oil. Try it again, there is probably another culprit.

  • Thank you so much.. You really make it so easy..I cant wait to try the carob.. I like it and used it before but was unsure if I could use for P2.. Its funny that I used to eat everything you mentioned.. So I know I will get the weight off and Rule P3.. Keep up the great WORK I know its hard to VLOG but you inspite me so much I just keep going back to your old vlogs..THANK YOU!

  • Great vlog as usual. Love your suggestions. I was just fixing to order some Walden Farms syrup and thousand island dressing. So glad I saw your vlog first. I was leery of them after looking at the ingredients online and now after what you said on here, I will steer clear of them. I have been making my own vinegarette but I will have to try the Bragg's. Have you tried the Ezekial 4:9 sprouted whole grain cereal with almonds? I am P3 and have been waiting till P4 to try it.

  • @twilafern Yea on the dressing. Glad I saved you! Yes, have the cereal, but I am not a real fan. it's good, but I am not a cereal lover so I don't hardly ever eat it.

  • those are great, thanks for sharing.

  • I love the ginger and sesame stir fry too! Julian bread is the best! I'll have to try carob in my next choco D. Do you do all carob or half carob half cocoa. I think the ghiradelli cocoa is pretty good, less bitter than the others. Thanks for sharing!

  • @Deehcg I don't use any cocoa anymore. I use carob and Bakers unsweetened chocolate. Thanks for watching :)
