@stevnated In an attempt to save his own grace of being labeled as a homo, Jarle confessed in a whisper that he loved Yngve. And Yngve ditto-ed in a whisper too. What progressed should have been a moment of beautiful confrontation. Instead, the story line turned weird where without any notice, Jarle called Yngve a homo and Yngve ran off. I could not buy that. All these could not have happened within a minute.
Such a pity. It could have been my favourite new film. =(
@EvilxXxNightmare Thanks for the interpretation. Even though I was confused I could tell it did not end how I wanted, which would have been for the brown-haired guy (Jarle?) to finally acknowledge his love for blondie (Yngve?), and for the movie to end with a passionate love-making scene. :( Oh well, I'm all set up to dream about it now. :)
@stevnated Jarle is redhead xD And yeah I wanted them to do it...or at least stay together! Or even both! By the way, in this scene they were 30 years old. AKA When Yngve was going to jump off the bridge, he decided to be in the mental hospital instead. Years later when they were 30 they met again. lol I forgot to mention that.
But yeah, we can always dream of what would, or could happen next. ;)
@EvilxXxNightmare Oh WOW. I totally missed that fact! I thought it was just a few days later! Wow. They didn't look any older to me, but it was so late and I was almost asleep in my chair. Damn, what a shame. Gosh, it's even sadder now. :(

So the kiss comes about 1-3 weeks after the party? Please, explain it to me, I'm a bit confused cause i've seen this film a few times and first 2 years ago..^^
@suffl Lol somehow they just get mad at eachother and they just don't see eachother intill years later when they're 30. Simple as that. I don't know why, but that's how the movie is. =/

@lagrenounouille I don't think they're 30 either. I'm Swedish, so I understand most of what they are saying. From what I can gather, Helge said "Don't you understand? Yngve is sick, Jarle" when they were fighting in the alley. Then Jarle went to Yngve's house and his little sister said that he was at a mental hospital and Jarle then took a bus there right away. So I don't see how they could possibly be in their 30s.
