I just saw on "Good Morning America" that she in court for identity theft! She stole a co-worker's credit card and spent $5000 at a Target and Zales jewelry store. She was in court for a status hearing on charges of five felony counts, including theft by deception and receiving stolen property. I have watched the video with her and her lawyer..to kinda quote the lawyer " we want to know why this happen and we want to know who is responsible for releasing the video" that is about 3 and a half minute into the 5 minute video. then a minute into it she talks about it happening getting up out of the fountain and hoping no one saw it. so the real reason they are sewing is because the video hit the internet.
No one knew who she was. Because of the lawsuit, everyone will know who she is now. She made it worse for herself by publicly starting the suit. Classic example of the Streisand Effect.
She wasn't using her head when she was texting, and she clearly isn't using her head now, during the suit.
Lastly, who was supposed to rush to her aid? No one was around, and it's maybe 6" of water? She's mad it's online, and she's mad she wasn't rescued. Fail.
She's the one who created a slip hazard by walking away from the scene, causing a drip-trail of puddled water. Someone could have slipped from her mess.
What's sad is that, because this braindead moron lives in the U.S., she's probably already got some shyster lawyer looking into suing the mall for not having the fountain clearly marked with signs stating "BE CAREFUL, WATER IS WET".
