in d/p Bebe in hearthome gives you one after the national dex is obtained

a cheat for sky form shaymin lol u need a oaks letter and a rock will come and u put in shaymin then she will come normal form then u go to florama city and talk to a girl when u got shaymin so u can get a gracida and use it on shaymin but not alloud to use at night
