Hello! Thank you for the video! Can you please explain what the "swing" slider does?

@ImKingc0n "swing" is a description of how to interpret the timing of how a piece of music sounds. "Straight 1/8ths" means that the beats and up-beats are evenly spaced; "Swung 1/8ths" means that the up beats are closer to the following down beats.

how do you add more bars to the the area where you make the beat at? sorry if you dont understand what im tryin to ask i just got this and do know what anything is :/

If I am reading you correctly, when you open the pattern, in the top left corner of the pattern window you will see a small gray box with two dashes like this -- that is the default. If you click and hold the two dashes it will allow you to scroll up and down to control the pattern length. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Where he adds the bars, in the top corner there's a little square that say's [--] Which is standard for 4, slide that up to 8 and u'll get what he has ;)

in the upper left corner of the sequencer, you can set the number of bars in the sequence :)

in the top left corner of the spot where you place the note you will see a little box with either 2 dashes in it or it will have a number. if you click and hold this, move your mouse up to increase the number of allowable note. hope this helps!

i dont know if you can have that but all i know is that as you record the video there is an option on your recording program to turn on the green circle when he clicks.
