Really good :) My school is doing Seussical, and the auditions are in a month or so...I'm going for Horton, even though leads usually go to seniors and I'm a sophomore. My main issue now is I'm having issues hitting a bunch of the high notes - this song, the last note of Solla Sollew, and Notice Me Horton most notably. If I get a smaller part, I won't mind too much, though. We'll see.

Love this version :) Jojo sounds exactly like the Broadway Jojo at times, and Horton is amazing!

Wonderful talent. Costuming is weak. Why would Horton wear a leather jacket? Not looking at all like an elephant. Direction doesn't get the concept of blocking to make the illusion. But both are great singers/actors, though. Would love to work with either!

I've seen a couple of productions of the show--one costumed fairly literally (a la Seuss) and one costumed simply like this, and I prefer the latter--it makes the universal themes of the show more--well, universally human (you see the person inside the elephant, not just the trunk and ears).
