I just went on Serebii.net and it said my iv for Sp Defense is 31!!!!!!!!!!! Im not sure if it is right but Im SUPER happy if it is! lol

but I still would like some help

hey! so Im ev training my Latias in Sp Defence and he is a Lonely nature.

I caught her at lvl 35 and now she is lvl 45.

Ive been Ev training it with those squid pokemon (4get there names)

and her Sp Defence is at 155 at lvl 45...is that good? now what do I do? Im not sure how 2 fully Ev train a pokemon...I want 2 train her in Sp attack to but Im not if I can fully Ev train her in both...PLEASE help..anyone that sees that I would LOVE the help! thanks!

Do you mean by mass outbreak, a swarm pokemon? It can be found there, but with a 12% encounter rate. Good luck.

Nothing, shiny pokemon are very rare color variants of normal pokemon. The odds of finding one in the wild randomly, thru breeding and soft resets are 1 in 8192. When resetting the radar at chain 40 you can lower the odds to 1 in 200.

I don't use hacks, all of my shiny pokemon are from random encounters in the wild and from chaining with the pokeradar. I'm sorry but I don't have one to give away.

Getting to a chain of 40, about 20-25 minutes and resetting the radar at 40 about 5-7 minutes.
