@AlphaFirefly have you ever played perfect dark for the N64? if you play in Mplayer you would be able add extra players that are Npc. now once you do teams with them you can control them and give them some little basic commands like "stand here and if anyone come you can have them shoot them. or have them sweep an area and you can have these automatic machine guns that you can throw on any surface that shoots like crazy when detect targets. it was really fun i pl 4 hrs and days.

@AlphaFirefly but i,m not done in order to make new armies you must feed on humans hunters, supers and the likes. but and improve character can now feed on materials like wood rock metal steel etc u can then create your own fortress army base. you can have ur army or hunters bring u more food aka humans and resources. and it's all in real-time u get a strategy (still in real-time) only when u position your men from like top view for a quick an easy fix up or do it in real-time.

@James72y just think back in the old days. do u or have u play that superman game for the Nintendo 64. well it turns out that every bad guy in the game with a gun has kryptonite as bullets. i say where the fun in that would it be better if they gave that to only the higher characters and give the bad guys regular bullets that do no damages superman right! it more fun if you can feel 100% of the characters you play with than having to die by anyone those that make sense.

Tactics? In Prototype? Come oon.... Who needs tactics in such a game? Nothing is better than reckless bulletdrop from the top of the building causing widespread destruction, doing a devastator and after that start mutilating the unlucky ones that survived.... I would understand this covered-ops tactic element if [PROTOTYPE] was like Deus Ex when the enemies could kill you with 5 bullets but here you are practically immortal....
The fighting stance enhances the cosmetic effect of the game. It's better than him just standing there like a moron when he's not performing an attack.
Personally I think it's kind of like an Ezio vs Kratos kind of deal. The master assassin, the guy who lives by being fast and effective and people whisper his name in fear, versus a man who is brute strength and rage, who leaves a blatant mark wherever he's been and FORCES the fear into the hearts of his victims.
What's with people bashing on Heller? Mercer is the one who decided to infect him. Besides, you've probably already finished the game 150%, maxing out Mercer's powers and then some, and you're saying you don't want another prototype game, at least not with Heller. Not only that, Heller can upgrade his powers more, has more offensive and defensive moves. They're trying their best in making a Successful sequel to the Prototype game. How can they do that when Mercer is already as powerful as he is?

Not to complain about the story itself but you didnt really get a chance to emerge with it.
It´s all happening really fast and Alex always acts like he doesnt give a s#%!. That kinda pushes you away from the story making it seem unpresent and by doing so eliminates maybe the most important core element of the game.

No...There's only one PARIAH. And they never showed the Sergeant killing PARIAH. They only show him once in a WOI target as a child. And all three versions of the game have the exact same story. You clearly weren't paying attention. Multiple people speak about PARIAH throughout the game.

Pretty much correct. Except we don't know if it can fight. He's been in captivity his whole life and has only killed 5 things in his lifetime. So we don't know if he can fight like Alex. It might just be his own infection that can stop Alex, not his combat skills.
We don't know if he even ages correctly. And being a decent age (He'd be around 40) doesn't mean anything if you're been in captivity your entire life.
Yeah, but he does age. Otherwise, he'd still be a baby. Greene stopped aging, but still gave birth to PARIAH, who is shown as a young child in one of the WOI targets.
We still don't even know if PARIAH is going to be important in Prototype 2. In P1, he was just someone that scientists spoke about. And unless Heller leaves NYZ, he won't be able to get anywhere near PARIAH, since Blackwatch wouldn't bring the kid anywhere near NYZ.

They also stated in P1 that while PARIAH might be the only one that can stop Alex, the two of them making contact would 'cause all hell to break loose'. It'd be like replacing Alex and Heller with an entirely new monster.

And yes, Alex can be killed by more than just PARIAH, it's just extremely hard. You have to make sure that all of his biomass is destroyed. The nuke nearly killed him, but a tiny bit of biomass managed to survive and consume the bird.

No she isn't. How did you play the game 'a thousand times' and not understand it? Greene isn't a host of the Blacklight virus. She's the host of the Redlight virus. Alex and a group of scientists gained a sample of Redlight and accidentally created Blacklight. All three of them have three different viruses. Greene has Redlight, Zeus has Blacklight, and Heller was infected with Zeus' "mutated" version of Blacklight.

There's not very much to remember. Prototype was a relatively simple game to understand. The only thing even slightly complicated was remembering which virus does what.

Viruses: Carnival 1 was created and tested, then Carnival 2 was created. Carnival 2 was tested on Hope, Idaho and the town was wiped out, except for Greene her unborn son, and one unnamed Runner. Greene's body, infected with Carnival 2, mutated and Became Redlight. GenTek got a sample of Redlight and hired Alex to weaponize it further, and he created Blacklight. Zeus infected Heller with a mutated version of Blacklight.

Tactics? In Prototype? Come oon.... Who needs tactics in such a game? Nothing is better than reckless bulletdrop from the top of the building causing widespread destruction, doing a devastator and after that start mutilating the unlucky ones that survived.... I would understand this covered-ops tactic element if [PROTOTYPE] was like Deus Ex when the enemies could kill you with 5 bullets but here you are practically immortal....

What's with people bashing on Heller? Mercer is the one who decided to infect him. Besides, you've probably already finished the game 150%, maxing out Mercer's powers and then some, and you're saying you don't want another prototype game, at least not with Heller. Not only that, Heller can upgrade his powers more, has more offensive and defensive moves. They're trying their best in making a Successful sequel to the Prototype game. How can they do that when Mercer is already as powerful as he is?

I hope the second one will deliver more content than the first, I mean you play it, you beat it and then you´re all like..." Ok, guess that´s Prototype".
Not to complain about the story itself but you didnt really get a chance to emerge with it.
It´s all happening really fast and Alex always acts like he doesnt give a s#%!. That kinda pushes you away from the story making it seem unpresent and by doing so eliminates maybe the most important core element of the game.

No...There's only one PARIAH. And they never showed the Sergeant killing PARIAH. They only show him once in a WOI target as a child. And all three versions of the game have the exact same story. You clearly weren't paying attention. Multiple people speak about PARIAH throughout the game.

Pretty much correct. Except we don't know if it can fight. He's been in captivity his whole life and has only killed 5 things in his lifetime. So we don't know if he can fight like Alex. It might just be his own infection that can stop Alex, not his combat skills.

Yeah, but he does age. Otherwise, he'd still be a baby. Greene stopped aging, but still gave birth to PARIAH, who is shown as a young child in one of the WOI targets.

We still don't even know if PARIAH is going to be important in Prototype 2. In P1, he was just someone that scientists spoke about. And unless Heller leaves NYZ, he won't be able to get anywhere near PARIAH, since Blackwatch wouldn't bring the kid anywhere near NYZ.

There is no Agent Smith, his name is Agent/Specialist Cross. He's only called 'Smith' in that one stupid youtube video where the poster thought he looked like Agent Smith from The Matrix movies, so he named the video incorrectly.
And yes, Alex can be killed by more than just PARIAH, it's just extremely hard. You have to make sure that all of his biomass is destroyed. The nuke nearly killed him, but a tiny bit of biomass managed to survive and consume the bird.

No, Mercer died at the beginning of the game (technically he died right before it began). He was shot to death by Blackwatch soldiers and the virus infected his corpse.

What? Most of what you said is wrong or doesn't make sense. Zeus didn't make Heller's powers, he just infected him. Greene wasn't Heller's mother. They are both unrelated. Zeus isn't deathless, he's just extremely hard to kill. The crow was the only reason he survived, because he needed it's biomass in order to regenerate. Did you even play the game, or did you just randomly google stuff?

No she isn't. How did you play the game 'a thousand times' and not understand it? Greene isn't a host of the Blacklight virus. She's the host of the Redlight virus. Alex and a group of scientists gained a sample of Redlight and accidentally created Blacklight. All three of them have three different viruses. Greene has Redlight, Zeus has Blacklight, and Heller was infected with Zeus' "mutated" version of Blacklight.

Do I really need to get technical here? Redlight is one type of virus. Alex took this virus, and turned it into something completely different. Then when he was killed, the virus infected his corpse, creating Zeus. After mutating his virus (by absorbing various infected, Greene, and the Supreme Hunter), Zeus infected Heller with his mutated Blacklight. It's not only the infection that's different, the virus itself changes. Jesus, it is really this complicated for you?

Nope. When Greene had it, it was called Redlight.
Viruses: Carnival 1 was created and tested, then Carnival 2 was created. Carnival 2 was tested on Hope, Idaho and the town was wiped out, except for Greene her unborn son, and one unnamed Runner. Greene's body, infected with Carnival 2, mutated and Became Redlight. GenTek got a sample of Redlight and hired Alex to weaponize it further, and he created Blacklight. Zeus infected Heller with a mutated version of Blacklight.
