According to another poster on here (search for his vid) he found it to say 'This is the language of the earth' in German. Given the first TV transmission ever sent on this planet was that of Hitler addressing the country in German, it would be the first radio message any civilisation would receive and attempt to decode - what better response to show they have decoded and understood its context then to reply to it with a meaningful statement in the same language?

The size of the universe tells us that there are most certainly other intelligent civilizations out there. There are too many possible Earth-like equivalents out there but are likely too far away to ever contact and/or discover. The likelihood of an intelligent life form contacting us while humans still have that technology is a longshot. However, there are always signs that aliens are out there. And since no planets are alike, humans are probably unique to Earth and nowhere else. Or are they?

you can detect energy currents (radio waves) that travel through space which produce certain sounds when recorded, they're just too high pitched for us to hear most of the time so they have to be lowered in pitch. the ones coming from our own planet sound like screaming when recorded by satelite microphone probes. its quite wierd

Holy shit, during the raised pitch portion of the video, it really DOES sound like "You humans are not with any importance". I believe that this signal is 100% extraterrestrial; there are thousands of galaxies in the universe.....we CAN'T, in anyway POSSIBLE, be the only known intelligent life species! I swear, it would be the coolest thing ever if aliens landed on our planet (as long as they're harmless). It would be awesome to tinker around with their technology.

Is it possible to live on Saturn? I think it would be quite cold there... but maybe the sun (if visible from Saturn) warms up the ringed planet by reflecting the solar energy off the "icy" rings around the planet heating it up. It might still be cold, but maybe not for a race that's pretty much "built" for that kind of weather. You never know.

Well because they have hardened heat resistant exoskeletons and because the heat provides them with bacterial algae blooms to feed upon. Its a bit different to living in a world of poisonous gas exposed to the cold vaccum of space, with raging storms and violent winds. Even if something could evolve to withstand that, the ORIGINAL single celled organisms that STARTED the evolutionary chain, would have been destroyed

I keep making typos because my keyboard is messed up lol, but yea the air here when the earth first started growing life was not pure, it was full of toxic fumes. Life still seemed to grow and things just adapt, like the shrimp living in the harsh conditions below the sea. Single celled or not things work in bizarre ways.

maybe so but if I was to guess I would say some sort of satellite relaying communications like our satellites do here. The nasa craft happened to pass in its "footprint" Radio isn't hard to figure out.
