sorry, this crap was sending to my neigbour for boy's toy. do not have idea what is used for GPRS.

in case you have connection to Mediatek or their authorized developer, you should be able to obtains those software of developement tool.
WM is not an option at least no one is talking about that, let us know if your have success on this try.
