Clearly a man arguing in defence of soft rock and disco is truly in touch with what people really want. Playing an actual physical instrument requires no skill at all, where as dictating a synth beat on a laptop takes real talent. Ass!

it's bands like this that are ruining the soft rock/club disco scene. people go out wanting to dance to the grooves of synth saxophone beats and they have to settle for this mediocre bluegrass crap. hopefully when I move to Tucson I won't have to hear bands like this anymore.

I have to agree with SonBrimmer on this. When I see these "musicians" playing their "music" on the "street" I am forced to turn my Michael Bolton and Kenny G CDs up past what is considered a normally acceptable volume for easy listening. If you are going to play on the street Please Please Please learn to play "How am I supposed to live without you" on the clarinet. Good luck in Tuscon, I hear they don't put up with crap down there.
