we should call that the "drench-a-wench". if we used those today it would be probably used at your local wet T-shirt contest, hell we could use that as an amusement park ride. at one time getting the ducking stool was a real insult. i do agree we should use that on politicians but instead of dunking them in water drop them in a big pool of shit. now thats entertainment !!!!!
