buddy just wanted 2 say iv bin doing weight training exersizes for my fingers and wrists but thanks to u im deffently going to work these into my routine thanx :)
Dude this guy is nuts strong. I do Judo and I need a better grip , but the problem is - when I grab on really tight and the person tries to break the hold, my fingers get hurt. This one time I almost fractured my middle finger....

wow im so impressed, im going straight to ur website. Thank you so much for your brilliant yet simple exercise video, cant wait to get off work n try them out
he's really creative with the exercises that he uses I wish I would have seen this video before I went out and spent 15 bucks on wrist curler that broke only two months after using it
anyways this is a good video. Do you have any bodyweight exercises for biceps. I know pulls are supposed to help but I find that they only work my lats and chest.
Once again, he has presented excellent exercises. I would really like to know how he developed himself to create and execute these exercises and workouts.
How many of these should you do a day? What should you go up ti'll? I could really use this for martial arts/boxing/ wrestling too. I probably won't need hand grips now too.
Nah, you are incorrect my friend. That is Paul Zaichik from Elastic Steel, he does not lack core training. If his body is dipping then thats how the exercise is done.
hey i been doing physio exerceses that work those areas using a stretch band because of wrist injuries. Would these exercises be more effective than using a stretch band?
if you looked at the previous comments page you would see what i mean there, breakdancing, but then again a joke explained becomes a story and thne obviously it is not funny...forget about the knocking and watch this guys techniques..they realy dowork...all i got to say is "aow" ; (

Everyoe is different. If the exercise is difficult start with 2-5 reps and increase as you get stronger. If the exercise is not that difficult do 10 reps.
i havent try any of these workouts, but it will be useful for me! i might want to start boxing so i need a good wrist, right?! =D thanks for this workout video!
Finally some bodyweight stuff. My fingers are quite bad and I've spent really a lot of time searching for exercises that don't require machines and weights. Thanks for this.
Just wanted to let you guys know I love this stuff! I always believed a guy can get a great workout without a ton of equipment, and usually need no more specialized stuff than what can be found around the house. If you can't do the exercises to begin with then how can you practice? Take doing pull ups for instance. If you can't do a pull up you can't practice it. a kendo exercise i do is to extend my fingers all the way out, then make a fist. extend you arms, palm down, then do the squeeze and straighten. i do this 100 times in about THIRTY seconds. you'll think it is impossible at first. as FAST as you can count. then turn your palms face up at arms length, and do it 100 more times. your forearms will be burning and sweating by the end.

other than that minor error, thank you for the instructions. i should try some of these.
