Come on. For a smart guy like you, there isn't something that someone can show you that you haven't seen before.

Anyone to try, would be a fool.

Perhaps you should share what you know with youtube community, we are happy to learn from a master!

There are many people who go on this account. It's a body weight culture shared account. No idea who said what to whom. Probably the comment was meant some a different poster.

  • @Celciusss what are you talking about dude?? Hardgainer said HE LIKES the exerciices, not that he dosnt like them, learn english!

  • @heavymusic1scool

    No reason to get nasty.

Having nothing to say and no way to prove, get's people to say certain things as the last resort.

In all fairness, you never seen Paul train or train other people, so you can't possibly know.

  • Well said :)

  • i like this workout. a lotta thought put into this. Good shit CElciusss ima keep up on ya

  • damn this guy's a genius

he's really creative with the exercises that he uses I wish I would have seen this video before I went out and spent 15 bucks on wrist curler that broke only two months after using it

anyways this is a good video. Do you have any bodyweight exercises for biceps. I know pulls are supposed to help but I find that they only work my lats and chest.

  • You can see many of Paul's videos at ElasticSteel. There are videos for biceps too.

  • is Paul Jewish?

  • Why?

  • just curious, he looks like he is from that background

  • Very good ideas dude.

  • Thank you for your comment.

You can see more Paul's videos at ElasticSteel (.) com

  • damn this guy is strong.

  • Paul is a rather humble guy if you met him.

You can see his channel ElasticSteel for more of his stuff.

  • Once again, he has presented excellent exercises. I would really like to know how he developed himself to create and execute these exercises and workouts.

  • You can visit Paul's site ElasticSteel (.) com for more of his stuff.

  • holy shit that looks like good burn

  • Good burn it is.

  • How many of these should you do a day? What should you go up ti'll? I could really use this for martial arts/boxing/ wrestling too. I probably won't need hand grips now too.

  • Pick a few exercises and do them 3 days a week.

Start with one sets, build up to two and three sets.

  • This is great stuff, thanks a lot. He could definitely kick my ass at a push-up competition.

He could benefit from some core training by the looks of it though, as his lower back is rounding and dipping and all sorts of weird stuff.

But all in all, good video, some nice exercises there.

  • Nah, you are incorrect my friend. That is Paul Zaichik from Elastic Steel, he does not lack core training. If his body is dipping then thats how the exercise is done.

  • 6:35 amazing :D

  • He does much harder stuff. lol

  • Thanks man. We'll pass your props to Paul.

  • hey i been doing physio exerceses that work those areas using a stretch band because of wrist injuries. Would these exercises be more effective than using a stretch band?

  • your amazing lol these are good workouts too thanks

  • Thanks for your comment. We'll pass your props to Paul.

  • You Beast!

  • Thanks for your comment. We'll pass your props to Paul.

  • wow...that was pretty damn impressive!!!!

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • are there alternative ways of doing these exercises?

  • Those exercises. No.

    Those muscle groups. Yes.

  • Thank you, very useful

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • fucking crazy!!!

  • Word up.

  • good vid :D

  • if you looked at the previous comments page you would see what i mean there, breakdancing, but then again a joke explained becomes a story and thne obviously it is not funny...forget about the knocking and watch this guys techniques..they realy dowork...all i got to say is "aow" ; (

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • great video man! 5 stars!

what i like about it is that u really know what u r doing and why.

i just got one question, how many reps should i try for each exercise?

    thanks man, keep up!

  • db8416fric, thanks for your comment. We'll pass your props to Paul. 2 Sets of 10 is usually a good starting point.

  • man that was quite a quick response!

    thanks!

  • You got it.

  • great training, my respect to you, thx for posting and keep it up :D

  • Thank you for your comment. We'll pass the props to Paul.

  • Great techniques, thanks for the tips!

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • hi i am a bboy if i do this exercise can my hand power increase faster than normally u know how important it is for a bboy to have hand power

  • It could help a bit, but primarily it's for actually gripping.

  • great man !!! I really need that . but how many reps per exercise ? or time on each one ?

  • Everyoe is different. If the exercise is difficult start with 2-5 reps and increase as you get stronger. If the exercise is not that difficult do 10 reps.

  • ok man thanks alot !! and a sets ?

  • Start with one set of everything, see how you feel the next day. If not too sore try two sets.

  • Nice ideas there, what is your accent I can't work it out (just curious)

  • wow that is common science at its best

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • Thank you

  • Thanks for your comment.

  • One of the best body weight workout videos.

  • Thanks we'll pass your props to Paul.

  • damn! fucking genius!!!!.....sorry fo rmy language it just left me breathless! great video man!!!

  • If you like that, take a look at some of Paul Zaichik's videos on ElasticSteel channel.

This is one of his videos that we uploaded.

  • can u use a metal broom?

  • Any round stick would do. Just make sure it doesn't damage to the chairs or what ever you place it on.

  • I need to invest in a wooden stick.

  • They are relatively inexpensive.

  • ur swole man nice skill

  • Thank you for the comment.

  • i havent try any of these workouts, but it will be useful for me! i might want to start boxing so i need a good wrist, right?! =D thanks for this workout video!

  • Strong wrist never hurts.

  • Finally some bodyweight stuff. My fingers are quite bad and I've spent really a lot of time searching for exercises that don't require machines and weights. Thanks for this.

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • Just wanted to let you guys know I love this stuff! I always believed a guy can get a great workout without a ton of equipment, and usually need no more specialized stuff than what can be found around the house. These little innovations of yours rock and I will start including them. Thanks for the displays of form too.

  • Thank you for your support, brother.

Will forward your props to Paul Zaichik. :)

  • Thank you for this.

  • Thank you for watching.

  • One of the most innovative and most useful youtube videos.

  • We'll pass your props to Paul Zaichik.

    Thank you for your support.

  • You guys are good, so I support you.

  • This is usefull

  • That right. Second that.

  • How about something for people that don't already have sick hand stregth.

  • PRACTICE

  • If you can't do the exercises to begin with then how can you practice? Take doing pull ups for instance. If you can't do a pull up you can't practice it. But you can do other exercises that help strengthen the muscles you need in order to do a pullup. I'm sure there are baby steps in between. These look like more advanced exercises.

  • you can do sort of negatives.. e.g if you cant pull up, get to the top position and just do the lowering phase until you get more strength to start pulling, same with this i guess start at the top then practice just the down motion! good luck

  • let your but on the floor :)

  • I thought the but should be off the floor.

  • a kendo exercise i do is to extend my fingers all the way out, then make a fist. extend you arms, palm down, then do the squeeze and straighten. i do this 100 times in about THIRTY seconds. you'll think it is impossible at first. as FAST as you can count. then turn your palms face up at arms length, and do it 100 more times. your forearms will be burning and sweating by the end.

  • ahhh my fingers dont work anymore! good stuff - cheers!

  • Thank you for your comment.

  • Dude that's crazy! Wow! My forearms are toast, and I play Guitar

  • Thank you for your comment. Guitar players have strong fingers, but the body has to adjust for any new exercise.

  • I love this guy! He's so cool! And does all the exercises with such ease of movement.

  • Very clever!

  • Yeaaaahhh... or you could just buy those grip working-out-thingies from Sears or Walmart, they're like 4 bucks for a pair

  • Not if you want to have grip strength. Dept. store grippers are feeble.

  • Islam is evil.Mohammed was a paedophile and raped women, he was a weasly tyrant who used trickery and lies.He maintained that getting your way by any means possible was acceptable. He made up islam as he went along.Muslims follow his example.look up prophetofdoom. Net

  • What's a paedophile?

  • some dude who likes kids lol its a greek term

  • Fair play man, some nice exercises, and your very strong

  • That one arm thing is CRAZZZY. Nice.

  • Great idea ... as usual

  • coolness.

  • That looks like it'd be rather chafey.

  • Excellent! Thanks for posting!

  • Heavy deadlifting is excellent for grip strength. Obviously 'heaviness' in this context is a relative concept

  • 12eapz - you don't know anything about strength if you're laughing at this guy. Ligaments and tendons are the key to real strength and stamina - big muscles are useless if your ligaments and tendons are weak. Pumped up muscles are just for show.. it's the strength and composition of the muscle that counts, not the size of it.

  • excellent vid

    thanks

  • That's some smart training right there. I like training with minimal equipment.

  • damn celciusss--you continue to impress me--you've got some VERY innovative exercises!

  • impressive

  • damm ur strong

  • thanks so much for posting these instructions, great job!

  • Great Job! Interesting approach to forarm training along with shoulder stabilization.

  • Damn, at the beginning I had my doubts but you totally made up for it in the end. Great job.

  • duuude nice, you are damn strong

  • and this is so much better...

  • i love the comment.."hey, i have absolutely no expertise whatsoever but let me critique and give pointers. Wow...that takes balls.

  • during the twisting 'indian ropeburn' thing that followed the plyometric i noticed a bit of a slouch. it looks like you should use your lower abs to stabilize your lower back when you do that exercise -- your belly was succumbing to gravity. im not a physical trainer, but i do know a few things and i have a few chronic back injuries for which i have had some physical therapy.

other than that minor error, thank you for the instructions. i should try some of these.

  • I'm going to try these,Thank you

  • some pretty good ideas. thanks

  • Mate you are strong

  • those chairs are from IKEA! ^_^ nice clip.

  • Wow, i really liked the plyometric one as well!

  • Pure genius.

  • I wish that broom handle could handle my mass so I could try that stuff.

  • Nice job - innoavatvie and impressing :-)

  • Some of these are good. Some others like the fingertip push ups or the "stability wrist" push ups are waaaaay too risky for novices - one slip and you can really fuck up your wrists on the way down.

I'd suggest looking into towel chin ups/pull ups as well as levering exercises using a sledge hammer. Good clip in any case.

  • cool video! very original stuff.. I might wanna try some of that myself :)

  • Probably the room heater. Move on. ;)
