In the article, "Blunders of the Supreme Court of the United States, Part 3" (online) the author, Dan Goodman, also shows that one born in a State of the Union is subject to the political jurisdiction of that State and not that of the United States.

So birthright citizenship under the Fourteenth Amendment does not apply to the several States of the Union!

Why don,t congress pass a bill , which clearly indicate if any american hire illegal immigrant to do a job , will be prosecuted and will be behind the bars. any comment
