I wonder if Dr Waldam realizes how many millions of people watched this trial ,and saw that his charts were ridiculous and misleading. Even a 10year old can generate better charts on a computer.

Gaps of time in Dr. Klein's records is concerning?! What about the fact that CM didn't have any medical records?! The defense team is hypocritical. They want AK to have more complete medical records when their own client didn't have any!

@transitionalphase lol you got it!!! After each video i am more and more shocked how this doctor is reacting to the def and pros. Prosecutor is amazing in his patience. Doctors sarcasm alone and his mess up on his own bar graph amazes me.

Respond to this video... I found that he was so proud of his chart that he created etc etc until inconsistencies arose then, to me anyway, appears to want to pass it off on his secretary any problems with it. If I may, what exactly does contempt of court mean. And why wasnt he charged with it!!!

@JadeGreenKitty I believe contempt of court means when a person violates a rule given by the judge, such as, "Don't talk to the media about the case. Don't discuss inadmissible evidence." The next witness (Dr. Paul White) violated these rules, therefore the judge charged him with contempt of court.
