It has to be fake. First, the female narrator's pronunciation, not accent, is slightly different from that of native speakers. Second, the program title on the right top corner looks the very typical design of non native's which try to imitate Japanese style. Third, more than anything else, people do not enjoy this kind of joke when fatal diseases like cancer are portrayed in this manner. lol
