@dalecampbl6 It floods so rarely I guess the people had no idea it floods there, In my video however every car on the road you see there sitting in water are those who tried to drive through it but failed miserably
@dalecampbl6 Don't let this deter you from moving there, it only floods in certain sections of the low lying industrial areas. No residential areas are affected
