That looks all to familiar. It seems to me to be slime algae. Definitely a bad thing. Just get some medication specialized in getting rid of it and be careful not to panic, for what you think would be simple to get rid of, will quickly ravage you tank of your not careful. Hope this helps:)

thanks man. it was just a bloom from being a newly transfered tank. it's all gone now and parameters are very stable!
