hi, im looking for a helicopter that is strong enought to carry my gopro (140g), and not to expensive either, and i guess u are the right to person to ask. any suggestions?

I personally love this Demonstration...........But !! Flying upside down & doing flips 3D Etc...does'nt really replicate how a Helicopter flies in real life...I'd like to see how high this heli can fly (Range) What is the Range of this machine? Thanks
@robbie2737 - Since no one offered to answer your question I thought I would give it a go mate.......If you would a imagine a bowl around you with you in the exact middle.....a copter can fly safely 1000 to 2500 feet out from the center, of couse that would depend on the size of the copter too......at 500 ft., a 450 size copter is hard to see but a 700 size copter can be seen clearly at 2500ft. I try to keep Art Tech 450 close....250 to 400 feet.....hope that help.

I love that yellow color. It shows up good in front of all of natures green and blue back grounds. I have a blade CP that I am just learning to fly. I'd love to fly it out of site and put one of these Storm 450's in its place. I hate the down time of charging man. How long does it take to charge this copters battery? I'm charging an hour and a half for about 4 minutes of flight time right now.
@ILTSYC Buy an icharger 208b+ or 106b+ and charger your 3s pack in a series 6s configuration with a 6s series "Y" adapter. should charge your 3s packs 2 at time at maximum C
@ILTSYC get some higher C rating batteries, an icharger 106b+ or 208b+ and a parallel Y cable. Then research "parallel charging". Now te question is: can you keep up with the endless flying? :D

CS and TS refer to Customer service and Technical service or support. I have never recieved a call, mssg, or text from these guys with answers about their storm 450. Sounds like a Chinese warehouse to me.

i started with a few syma micro palm size heli jsut to get started then i moved to the lama v4 den the king know next month im getting this so if your a begginer start of with a cheaper and easier heli until u get the hang of it
I just got mine and let me tell you you can't get a better Heli 450 for your money. I've tried different brands and this one is best bang for your buck, unless money is no object then go with Align.
@Copimi blade pitch. shortly after he lifts off you hear the motor spooling to full throttle, in these helis, elevation is a combination of blade pitch and motor speed, turning on 3d will turn the elevation into purely pitch as the motor throttle is at 100%. the pitch is at 0 deg when the elevator stick is in the middle, neg pitch is down creating an upward thrust. pos pitch downward thrust. hope this helped!

@123creed4 Storm 450 is not suitable for total beginner but for advanced players. As the path for RC Heli usually goes like this :
3 channel Co-Axial Heli Toy (e.g. Swift, JXD) > 4 channel Co-Axial Heli (Lama 2-1, Lama 400) > 4 channel fixed pitch single rotor heli (CB180 Series, V120 Series, UFLYS) > 6 channel Collective Pitch outdoor heli (Creata 400, 60B, Storm 450)
You're jumping to the last stage if you choose Storm 450!
