@AshAAnderson1990 thats a good suggestion, thanks! The problem with the stack, and why we don't do it much, is that there is literally no where to put your head! The tires are too tall. I appreciate the view and comment.
@jhashey thanks... i m a trainer and nutritionist in LA.... you should move down here sometime... i cannot believe all the tools who pretend to be trainer here... when i see somebody with your knowledge it doesnt make me feel alone in the workout world if u know what i mean.

Double overhand DL with my mixed grip PR, the tires and the sick shit you were doing with the kettlebells. Anyone interested in a career in Strength & Conditioning and Sports Performance should use you as one of their most important resources. My Interns and volunteer assistants are better coaches after spending time with you and Rob.

when u stack your tires u should use a small wedge thats what i use im not as strong as u guys i can only flip 275x 4 right now but im working on it.
