To wind a baby, it is common to put a hand in the same postion as this for body support, then lean the baby slightly forwards and rub or gently pat the baby's back to bring up wind. As the baby's neck muscles aren't developed, its head flops forward and it gives the appearance of being choked. It is only an illusion. They are making a joke of this fact...the baby is not actually being choked at all, not one iota. Taught by midwives to new parents. Hope that reassures you : )

This isn't child abuse---it's a common burping position; my parents and I use it on my baby sister all the time. As long as you're gentle and not strangling the baby, it's not abuse.
and there are many people that NEED TO KNOW the dangers of child abuse, and some videos are very helpful on ideas and tips to keep it from happening to your own child, for instance the Nanny cams, doing background checks on babysitters, and so on and so forth. Its not that someone wants to see a child being abused, Its a very important issue in the world that people need to know about especially teen moms, and 1st time parents.
burping a baby and posting it with a title of "baby abused" is sickening. there is NOTHING funny about any kind of abuse to a child let a lone an infant. That isn't a subject to joke about or to take lightly. Your baby is beautiful by the way, and would have been a much more enjoyable video if it was labled "burping my baby"... might have not gotten as many views, but at least it would have been more positive!
