Hello! Have you thought about cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin lost lots of weight with it.

Oatmeal does not contain gluten.

@ThoughtPatterns yes it does. Oats contain Gluten but no gliten. Which makes them ok for some people on a gluten free diet.

no, it is not the same thing as a grain free diet. there are grains out there that are gluten free.
