How many bottom holes are there, do you need to do halfies for flat/sharp?

There's only 1 hole on the bottom. There's different fingerings for certain flats and sharps, as there are half covered sharps and flats as well.

I believe they normally sell them at Pike Place Market every now and then. They modeled this one from my "ocarina tribute" video. ^^
