If you have time, try to find parma ham. I mean a good quality one, they may be slightly expensive, but they give awesome flavors to any Italian dish. Because of their concentrated and peppery flavor, they make a good contrast against the mild flavors of most Italian dishes. You can opt to add either sweet basil or normal. Good parsley or Italian Parsley also give consistency, depth and really good aroma. Cheers and happy cooking folks! XD
I'm gonna have to try this, but adding chopped strips of bacon that are oven roasted and frying 2 minced cloves of garlic in olive oil to make it a little milder and then add the garlic olive oil to the sauce. It may take longer to make, but since I love cooking, I don't mind the extra wait.
This is one of my favourite meals, it's really easy to make and beautiful to eat. I just add a dash of white wine to the mushrooms and then have a glass while I'm eating... perfect!
Gosh I love her pale skin, very elegant with her dark hair. Very nice to see someone these days who isn't bright orange with a fake tan or a deep leathery brown from too much sun. Makes me feel more comfortable with my light complexion.
Put oliv oil and peace of butter to hot pan. Put to sliced mushrooms. Wait some minutes and put to pan sliced garlic. If mushrooms are soft, put to the pan diced parsiey and boiled pasta, mix and serve.
I dont know why, but when I see other chefs on tv i always think "hmm... this looks good" but i never get myself to make them. On the other hands I've tried LOADS of nigella's recipies (this one included). And they really are minimum effort, maximum taste.
@aishwaryarulz27no it's not risky - you can have raw mushrooms in a salad, and lots of people do! Some people seem to have a deep rooted fear of mushrooms for some reason, but there's nothing to worry about (except if they're bad, in which case ANY food is risky)
I made this. It is DELICIOUS! :)

You know right that uncooked mushrums are dangerous?
And no one in Italy eat in this way......
TheQuickgold 7 months ago
@TheQuickgold These are cultivated mushrooms, so they're fine to eat raw. They might need to be wiped down to remove grit, but that's about it.
