if it's nitro and can support the wieght, run a 9v battery to some 35ish gauge nichrome wire with a momentary push button switch wired to one lead coming off the bat. then have ch.5 push the momentary switch.... just need to put a pyrogen on the nichrome to make a squib...... then just hook it to a fuse =]

reason it takes so long to ignite is that Extension corddump it --use 12 guage standard Car wire and use common

flip switch from Radio shack 12v DC 10 amps --

We light huge multi D rockets allday with just 4 D batteries 6 volts Duracell.

the difference is in the ignitor. Mine are home made and just the thinnest strand I had kicking around. But yeah, a 14awg 10ft cord worked much better than this 50ft of 16awg. Lots of current drop.

tape the standard SOLA yeah I know SOLAR I say SOLA for the fun of it igniter to the little black powder fuse..hell use the crappy little box they give with ESTES rockets and walla ..lift off! actually two 600CCA batteries in series wouls produce 24 volts at 600CCA, in parallel they would make 12 volt at 1200CCA. just fyi.

Utilicé una batería de coche para el poder, un 40 amperio el relevo automotor, un pulsador, algunos faros antiniebla, y algún alambre delgado envolvieron alrededor de un fusible. El alambre delgado consigue rojo vivo y enciende el fusible cuando usted pone el poder a través de ello.
