Britain is not doing well. It allowed 10 million immigrants to show up, most of whom despise the British culture and bring their own culture.
I just read an article saying 20% of Britain is unemployed now, which we know causes depression.
The British banks apparently respond by forcing the British govt to borrow money to counsel all these people for depression, instead of creating real jobs.

I think his books are crap. Specially when he claims that it has the least to do with science. He also wrote a few interesting policies, for example "There are only two answers for the handling of people from 2.0 down on the tone scale, neither one of which has anything to do with reasoning with them or listening to their justification of their acts. The Catholic Church is a sect, like Mormonism, Jehovah's Witnesses etc. You're absolutely right, st2521, the Catholic Church is about control. The theology of Christianity, however, isn't. Many people have a problem delineating between "religion" and "faith in God". Jesus said, "where so ever two or more of you have gathered in my name, that is my church." I don't read anything in that that says, "Be sure to tithe on Sunday so that we can buy new stained glass and a funny hat for the pope."

The one thing you seem to be missing however, is that most other religions at least allow you to ask questions in your search to find the truth. Scientology suppresses dissent, attacks and sometimes kills people who have tried to flee or even spoken out against them. Destroys lives and mentally destroys its own members. Which is why there are no founding members of scientology left. They all GTFO'd upon realizing the scam they were involved in.
