Definitively, this show made history. Was ahead of its time. I remeber watching Roseanne as a kid, now as an adult, I understand the meaning of it. Is like a treasure now.
the reason i think sarah chalke didnt make a good becky is because Becky was a selfish bitch. Sarah Chalke seemed a little to soft and bubbly than like a self centered inconsiderate rebellious bitch.
@EgyptianKeyz I don't know if Becky was completely all bad. She started off in the earlier seasons as sensitive and somewhat responsible (making A's, helping out around the house, etc). But with no prospect of going to college after making good grades, she got resentful and started really acting out. A lot of kids act out, btw. Sarah was a terrible actress - I think the writers "watered-down" Becky's character, because they knew she couldn't pull off the character Lecy created.
Ugh I can't stand Lecy ... I like Sarah better. She's not as annoying.
