  • Chris- Tell me, what program do you use in making your tutorials? You are really good at displaying your technique especially since you are able to show a full screen with the commands and drop-downs so neatly displayed! How is it possible to do this while narrating your video? What kind of screen display software allows you to create a video of your work, it doesn't seem to look like a camera is focused on your screen. Thanks for the excellent tutorial!

  • Thanks :D

I use Camtasia Studio export it, then go on to import it into Adobe Premiere Pro, do my editing and export it once more. I can do a tutorial if you want :P

  • thanks

  • Hi there Chris. Nice tutorial.

Just wondering, .JPG or .PNG? I see you saved as a Jpeg but isn't .PNG a better quality filetype?

On smaller screens this may not matter, but on my projector i really need the best quality possible.

Other than that, i liked =]

  • Well, png would be better quality, I just chose jpeg for the heck of it. Jpeg may also be slightly smaller in size.

  • Fair enough, i'll use png.

Btw, its the second way of saying mosaic =]

    "Mo-zayk"

  • Christheferal.. Your my hero.

  • JPEG is more compatible though

  • I didnt say it wasn't.. I said Christheferal was my hero.. you needed to reply to Chris' comment not mine

  • lol @jcenarock.

  • True, but if UCMYPure is just displaying the image on his projector, he shouldn't have a problem, most of the newer portable devices can handle png.

  • is this only for photoshop?

  • Well, haven't tried to make it in any other applications. I'd assume you'd be able to in others though.

  • The tutorial itself is for photoshop, the steps in the video can be followed in GIMP too.

  • cool
